Looked up this Miles O'Neill character and this is what On 3 had to say about him. lmao.
Miles O'Neill's strong arm, accuracy and measured movement in the pocket reminds us of Sam Bradford. He also reminds us some of Justin Herbert as a high school prospect, particularly as a passer.
Criminal law is all about nuance. Degrees of a crime, intent, knowledge, etc. Its why there are multiple degrees of homicide and manslaughter. Discussing these issues isn't "woke" or CR. Its literally the practice of criminal law.
I went through the area for the first time last week. Rode my bike all the way up through Altadena. Lots of large trucks hauling away shit. But many lots look like the fire hit just last week. Still shells of vehicles in driveways, etc. Many of the lots are now for sale, per Zillow, and looks like some are just choosing to move on.
Went to this place a couple of times years ago when we lived closer to Lake/Woodbury. Wasn't too impressed at the time. Perhaps we owe it a visit.
I don't practice in Texas but seems to me there's an argument that can be made for manslaughter. Homicide laws actually do have quite a bit of nuance (per usual.)
"Although the survey was conducted prior to Trump’s announcement of a 10-percent base tax on all goods coming into the U.S. earlier this week, the president has promised to implement sweeping tariffs since his presidential campaign.
Fifty-four percent of voters, per the survey, said they are against the president’s levies on imported goods while 42 percent of survey respondents said they supported the measure."
