I hate sounding like a typical old person ranting for the “good old days” but damn if basketball doesn’t look way more entertaining during the 80’s-90’s era. Players not worrying about their brand at every turn, physical play that resembles hockey, entertaining coaches you couldn’t script better if it was a movie. It seems like every stadium was full of blue collar guys chugging beer with their friends. What a great time in sports history.
Thats a fair complaint from a constituent. You don’t like what he’s done up to this point and you don’t feel heard as a constituent. I’m not his biggest fan either but making fun of his appearance which includes a war injury is the same type of stuff that the left is supposedly above doing.
Right on. We won’t have much pasture to start with, maybe 30-40 acres. Luckily we don’t have much cash to spend so that’s probably as much as we can handle right now. Do you have any experience with stockers? We are looking into every avenue right now.
Do you run cattle/ Ranch full time or have a job in town as well? Me and a buddy have been looking at getting a few pairs to put on his now unused pasture in Stockdale. I’ve been watching the prices at the local sale barn and pairs have been around $650-$850 the last week.
Apparently Joe use to be an EMS in his younger years. Hilarious how fast he got it on though. He also was a police chief of a small town. Unbelievable.
I’m sure if Tyson fought Holyfield before he was locked up it would be a different fight but the reality is he was 0-2 and was so desperate he bit off a piece of his ear. I’d probably have EH above Tyson.
I would never suggest one should take everything Teddy Atlas says to heart but he gave a pretty passionate speech about Tyson on Joe Rogans podcast. “He was as strong a guy as you’re ever gonna see, but he was as weak of a person as you’re ever gonna find,”
100% agree and I’m a Tyson fan. He was an elite talent and seemed to truly love boxing in those early years. It’s a shame we didn’t get to peak Tyson vs Holyfield or Lewis.
Tyson taking the path he did pretty much takes him out of the running of the top tier guys. He was a monster but losing the biggest fights of his career can’t be over looked.
