I watched several Michigan games this year. He’s slow to process things and has poor pocket awareness, but he’s also an elusive runner and has flashed an elite arm. I believe it was the Nebraska game, while getting hit he zipped an NFL-level throw to a tight end that was blanketed by an safety. Just a 20 yard completion in the box score but if I was a scout it’d get me interested for sure.
True, but Arch is a 21 year old third year player, Underwood is a barely 18 true freshman.
It takes some serious lack of football knowledge to think Baugh isn’t very good. He’s almost everything you want in a RB. Patient, sets up his blocks, finds a crease and hits it as hard as he can.
We need to get some actual playmakers at WR, and Tony Diaz an easy get. 3 years of eligibility left, one of the top receivers in FCS last year, freshman all-conference, and is local from San Marcos. Dude is an absolute weapon.

NS has zero downfield passing threat and no explosive playmakers on offense, they are a ground and pound team. Dickinson sold out to stop the run and it worked, but NS got lucky hitting on a bunch of deep passes and long runs. I think LT can shut them down.
North shore won’t be much of a challenge for LT next week, that DL is too much. I will give the mustangs credit though, did not have an 8th straight regional title on my bingo card.
The cities do border each other at parts, I guess technically it could be a 0 second drive.
Thanks for chiming in on something you have no idea about. It’s legitimately great pizza, the pizza sauce has a good zip to it and it’s reasonably priced. I’ve been to NYC and I’d rank it over some of the highly rated local spots I tried up there.
University drafthouse is solid. Peter Piper unironically has really fucking good pizza down there. El Patio is great for an early dinner, think they close like at 8 or something. Besides that you might have to make the long 5 minute drive to McAllen for more food options.
Details of UF’s contract with Sumrall are out. $7.5 mil a year. He’s only owed 70% of his remaining contract if fired and there’s also a mitigation clause if he gets another job. Basically if he gets fired after 3 years he’s only owed like $5-10 mil. Can’t believe he agreed to that.
I did say “arguably”. I can’t think of another coach that’s won at so many different schools and done more with less at a place like Ole Miss. He’s absolutely in the conversation.
Get ready for some epic fucking title games between LSU and tOSU the next few years. Day and Kiffin are arguably the 2 greatest CFB coaches of all time, now both with keys to unlimited resources and talent rich programs. This is bad for us but good for the sport. It will also cool the coaching market for a bit as no one is going to want to pay these insane sums just for CFP exits each year.
Calling my shot, SA Johnson upsets LT this weekend. I think Johnson has a decided athletic advantage and an explosive offense, I expect a shootout with the Jags winning.
Dickinson wil beat North Shore, also in a high scoring shootout.
Yeah hate to sound all “white guys can’t jump”, but I watched BYU-Tech this year. There was a ridiculous disparity in athleticism and speed all over the field, BYU never had a chance. And their QB is a shitty Tebow clone.
Sumrall is a god-awful hire for Florida. Literally Billy Napier 2.0. Runs the exact same offense, was a one-score wizard at a Louisiana G5 school. All of it.
