Wow the writing on the ending was either really bad or the writers thought they had a season 5 to work with. So many story lines just made no sense. And the car wreck meaning nothing?
They only charge the % on the money saved, however they also charge you a baseline number (100-150) that everyone gets charged if they save you money or not.

Went to a wedding last week, it was one of those weddings where every place sitting has multiple glasses in front of you just waiting for wine of all colors and multiple cocktails. Wouldn’t you know it ended up sitting next to a guy with 15 years of sobriety and we got to not drink together and had a great time.
Flying back now, what a beautiful country. We drove from Geneva to Interlaken to Ascona back to Geneva, the views are just breathtaking everywhere. Seriously has to be one of the prettiest places on Earth.
We lucked out and had 7 days of sunshine and great weather. Highly recommend.
To be fair, he said he wound not go to ONE happy hour, not that he would never go to a HH/Dinner. He had plans already, no boss should expect a employee to choose a happy hour event over family. That is entirely different from some emergency that he needs to do work for.
I was the the visiting exec/director on many trips, I always invited the local team to dinner and I never gave two shits if they said they had a previous obligation and could not go and I sure as shit could not imagine making not going to a happy hour a career shiter.
Times are changing, it was always like that for me in the tech industry but now more and more people are taking the stance that work time and home time should not interfere with each other, with unemployment so low and the great resignation happening employees have the leverage to do so.
It seems much healthier to me then how I worked my career (24/7)
