  2. Energy stocks starting to rebound while oil and gas futures still falling?
  3. IMO; Rates will approach 0%, RE will appreciate, monthly payment stays the same if you’re a borrower
  4. Gold still doing jack squat this week, at least it's a safe haven.
  5. Looking at the S&P 500, we've had our 10% correction and resting on 200 DMA support. still feeling bless
  6. I think I finally learned my lesson in December 2018. I watched it plunge 20% but sold right before Christmas vacation so I wouldn't have to worry about it during the holidays, and missed a huge chunk of the recovery.
  7. Honk Kong breaks out the helicopter money. This blog is worth a follow, btw https://themacrotourist.com/moas-version-0-96b/
  8. Why is the dollar crashing today? Just overheated (2.5 yr high) or should we expect long term trend down?
  9. I'll stay bullish as long as the Fed keep growing the balance sheet. I believe it boosts the stock market more than rate cuts anyway.
  10. She also suggested that the Fed could buy stocks and corporate debt if things start to turn. Obviously they don't have the power to today, but laws change in a crisis. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-fed-yellen-purchases-idUSKCN11Z2WI
  11. With all that said, I’m aware that the stock market has detached from the real economy. I’m just saying that I don’t believe the party is close to ending. Bad news will just give the Fed more reason to pump liquidity, hell they already announced that they will begin buying longer duration bonds before this crisis.
  12. The US has some of the highest interest rates of all developed countries, and will cut more and expand the balanced sheet more before this goes in the shitter
  13. I kinda forgot about wallstreetbets, but I checked in today and thought this was pretty funny, even though I don't exactly know what tendies are.
  14. Why are foreign governments willing to buy US treasury debt? Because the US Dollar is the reserve currency and they need dollars for international trade, and to stabilize their own currency. Our main export is the USD, and as long as the USD is the world’s reserve currency there will be a buyer for our debt and no real consequences. There is a reason our worst enemies are trying like hell to come up with a new reserve currency, and something will probably replace it in the next 10 -20 years.
  15. The stock market following the liquidity. China just opened the hydrant
  16. That was old army China. The new regime does building projects like this:
  17. Maybe they're just posing as scientists and are really after the aggy campus architecture for their housing projects back home?
