    Pizza

This has been our go-to for 10+ years, but the quality has been down the last few times. Or, maybe i just have a bad taste in my mouth because - They really pissed me off Halloween last year when they lost the order I put in at about 2 pm for 5pm pickup, and then, upon arrival, acknowledged their error, but said they were slammed and my now located order must go to the back of the line. Your pizzas will be ready in 2.5 hours.... Fuck off.
  2. We are happy enough - particularly in short on time, grab and grill mode - with Central Market chipotle lime marinated chicken breast and sirloin.
  3. Been on it and reasonably happy for years (other than the regular price hikes). Works great with Roku stick.
  4. SMU!
  5. Miami going down!
  6. They just walked down the field
  7. And, the phantom facemask.
  8. All reverse: no brakes.
  9. I hope Arch is prepared to tell Pavia- Take the loss, Pussy.
  10. Including a play-calling offensive coordinator and a new O-line coach?
  11. So improbable. But, fuck it. Hook ‘Em.
  12. Wow, who could have seen that coming?
  13. Just snagged tickets for Eagles in the Sphere in late February 2026. Staying at The Palazzo. It is our first trip to LV. We will arrive Friday afternoon, see the Eagles Saturday night, and head home Sunday after brunch. We will not gamble - no issue with it, but not our thing. So, we need meals and Saturday day entertainment. Am open to seeing the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere Saturday afternoon. Otherwise, seems like we should get a car and go to Red Rocks and Hoover. We want at least one really nice meal, but not like Joël Robuchon $1,000+ nice. And, we are not really into steakhouses. So, more Italian, French, Seafood, Sushi. From the last 10 or so pages of this thread and a Facebook food group, I've made a list of Bouchon, Javier’s, Piero’s, Ferraro’s, Andiamo, Sparrow+Wolf, Other Mama, Lotus of Siam, and Mon Ami Gabi (brunch). Any restaurants you would add to, or remove, from the list? Best suggestion (on or off the list) for the big dinner? If we rent a car for Saturday, anything to add to Red Rocks and Hoover for area attractions?
  14. Scrolled through the last few pages of this thread about a month ago and discovered this. Bought the quartz version for my son as an 18th birthday gift - his first "real" watch. He loves it! Thanks, HoustonHorn.
  15. Why the fuck did they ask him to do “Manning type stuff”?
  16. Take a Zofran and try to hold down dinner.
  17. Tradition- Freshmen don’t play until after the OU loss.
  18. Well, aren’t you the optimist.

I think The Lumineers blowing up between their booking/placement and the festival was the end of that stage.

Skipping for the first time in many years due to rotator cuff surgery two weeks ago. Sadly, this could be the end of the line, as I have been the last man standing for several years from what began as a group of about 20. It was our "reunion" weekend.... I've hung on for a couple of years by taking my HS age daughter, who is now a senior and will be headed off to college (not in the area).
