  1. imma, did you mean to post the above here in cr? it seems directed at the dt audience....
  2. how are they going to answer to this? they don't even need them fancyy sireens they didn't even have to take that NEEGRA MONEY !!!
  3. accuweather dude says there is a NOAA weather radio transmitter in kerrville anyone with a NOAA "SAME" weather radio would have received all of the alerts and if the radio was on no way they could sleep through it all the magat gubbmint had to do was pass out NOAA weather radios to each of the camps and every resident or business owner in the floodplains
  4. the source with kaitlan collins about 90 mins ago
  5. cnn has been reporting that "kerryville" applied for a fema grant in '16 and didn't get iit my read of the posted minutes does not jive with this am i wrong? did i miss this in another source other than the reddit link i posted earlier?
  6. kerrville city officials are claiming they received no warnings or alerts
  7. cnn has reviewed chat comms between the nws and all adjacent counties who were interacting with the nws kerr county shows no interactions on this chat system transcript
  8. you likely recognize cnn's chief investigative reporter pam brown her dad was governor of kentucky her mom was phyllis george, miss america 1971 pam just broke down live reporting from kerrville only olds will remember george was one of the first women to hold a national sports tv job george was born in denton and went to unt and tcu so the texas connection explains pam's breakdown because she's a mystic alum
  9. cbs and now khou totally ignoring what's in the minutes - the kerr county leadership did not take money given to them because black president, democrat president, rona not real, values it's in the fucking minutes somebody to the rescue please texas monthly, axios, the hill, anyone
  10. sorry it was patrick carry on
  11. then the cbs head talked about his conversation today with i think moser "we tried to get a grant boo hoo us waah waah" cbs totally letting the kerr county fuckers off the hook or completely ignorant of what's been uncovered online in the last 24 hours
  12. holy shit this was predicted upthread paxton just announced 'if they can't afford it we will give them the sirens"
  13. meant to quote this
  14. i've seen it on 385 heading from fort stockton to marathon heading west on 10 watched a giant anvil form on the horizon, at least 30 miles wide, drove around it on the north on 10, then on the west side of it on 385 and came up on a low water crossing where the sign said "watch out for flash floods" and we slowed to a crawl and 8 feet of water 100' wide came down the arroyo we got out and fired one up to thank our stars, and the water was gone in less than 5 minutes
  15. welp, that's it game over sirens are woke
  16. 300m is peanuts when we have a 30b rainyday fund and texas averages 137 tornados a year - 75% of which are EF1/0 - which leaves 2500 tornados since 1950 of EF2 or higher, which means 34 times a year somewhere in texas a storm siren is the last line of defense to keep you alive if the power is out or your cell is dead or you don't have coverage and since every big urban connurbation has sirens already, the kerrvilles of the world get to use our urban tax dollars to help themselves (and 'crazy people from houston') stay alive while spending money in their economy - seems like a good deal to me total tornado deaths in texas 1950-present: 594 total flash-flood deaths in texas 1959-present: 1069 hmmm.....
  17. i saw a clip from this morning where he said "we need to stand down on partisan attacks while recovering and grieving" etc. again, the regime is now 31 years in to complete and total power in this state it is impossible to question leadership in texas WITHOUT it being labeled "partisan" by the regime because they are 100% of the leadership
  18. uh oh this is the same kerr county stuff from yesterday but dramatically expanded in addition to refusing free sirens paid for with obama money, they turned down free biden money in 21 https://www.reddit.com/r/TexasPolitics/comments/1ltnjf8/we_have_floods_all_the_time_and_small_town/ welp, just in case the regime hacks reddit i'm going to go ahead and copypasta the content
  19. if i were one of the parents my price would be "all heads roll or we turn the state blue" podium barbie had to look down while trashing the nws - the regime is concerned
  20. it seems you are interpreting the concentration of sentiment around the privileged daughters of rich white folk as "shaming" that's not my intent nor do i believe anyone else on this forum shares that intent we're in the cloak room, sir the dead adults in tents and rv's do not represent a threat to the regime we're not making it about one side or the other we're using the facts to support a narrative regarding accountability not alternative facts real, actual, facts so, to help you out, allow me to shame the adult camping dead: they and their surviving relatives represent no threat to holding the regime accountable for the atrocity
  21. ok put aside the deployment/budget contest..... the STATE had decided ON THE 2ND there was a potential problem..... ..... ..... how did 80 people still die?
  22. the rich parents of these white girls that were screaming for their lives as they were ripped away to drown in a biblical flood can choose to make them do so or they can take the check and take a knee we'll see what happens
  23. the last time i checked, the only recurring flash flood in austin, BELOW the balcones escarpment, is shoal creek, and as the author stated, they are trained for HILL COUNTRY flash floods in swift water; now, town lake might be a candidate for a flood..... hold it, sorry, there's a dam with 56% of it's available capacity just upstream.....
