  1. Pasture camping this weekend at the aunt-in-laws... putting together a concrete block smoker tomorrow for a barbecue on Sunday. This time last year we did a whole hog. This year we have a brisket, pork butt, ribs, sausage, and whatever else we round up...
  2. I've done this to remove the dealership decals off of my cars. Works well. Heat gun on low and a plastic scraper then hit with some goo gone while its still warm.
  3. What's this? I have a Kershaw Leek right now for my EDC, but I'm hard on pocket knives and the blade is a little flimsy for me.... That one looks kind of similar but maybe with a stouter blade?
  4. Ok, so... I mean yeah you would and should expect the '23 model to have at least or better equipment than the '22 model but it's not the car's fault you can't park without hitting something.
  5. Yeah, they make pretty big houses...
  6. So if he goes to prison, would the secret service go with him?
  7. The beaver re-took the trench, I'd say it won.
  8. I agree using AI to do your homework is cheating. But, I find it funny that a professor that gives you a 0 for an AI written paper uses AI themselves to bust you. Just sayin'.
  9. I thought he died in prison from lung cancer?
  10. I've never been a fan of open carry... I don't need to know if you're packing a magnum.
  11. I carry when I'm travelling with my family, or camping. I don't carry day to day and I usually don't when I'm traveling alone. I always figured I can most likely get myself out of trouble but I'm not as confident I can get myself and my kids out of harms way if we wandered into something bad.
  12. Conferences will be told to go pound sand if they try to tell an athlete how much he can earn.
  13. Yeah my wife won't let me mark that on off either.
  14. I bet that picture was taken with one of these:
  15. At least the ones in landlocked states.
  16. I'll give State Farm a shot as they do my auto, but I'm paying more to insure an empty cargo van than Roamly quoted me for full coverage on a fully built van, with agreed value for the build. I think it's more about risk to the insurance company, I would think cargo vans are going to have a higher premium because they are usually filled with tools or materials that are easy to steal and sell and not boring RV's. Yeah that RV might be more expensive to replace but they probably get a lot more claims on cargo vans 🤷‍♂️
  17. I had Geico for my vehicles and RV. Their coverage was really good, lots of extras for RV's like vacation coverage or whatever they called it, they would cover a hotel room if something happened on a trip and other things special for RV's... They started to screw with me though on my motorcycle coverage and raised my auto rates so I switched to Farmers, which isn't as great but is sufficient... I've always just bundled it with my car insurance.
