  1. What's your problem with this?
  2. We have the Disney bundle...Disney, Disney+, ESPN+, HULU, etc. along with YTTV. So when this went down, I'm like, ok, I have the Disney bundle, I have Hulu, I should be fine. NOPE. Apparently I need a different, additional Hulu app to get ESPN/ABC, not the one I have. For an additional cost. Apparently just like the difference with ESPN+ and ESPN. Then last night, I'm trying to watch the Tech BB game on ESPN+ and a few minutes in the game it dies. Got the game back on just to then have it go to a black screen. I gave up. So yeah, ESPN, there's no fucking way I'm giving you another dime for yet another streaming service when the one I'm currently paying for is of such low quality and not even halfway through the game the feed completely dies. Go fuck yourself.
  3. The bowl game where we trotted out 2nd and 3rd string OL, a true freshman backup QB, pretty much 2nd and 3rd string defense, and without our record setting runningback? Oh, and not to mention, we didn't even have an OC or DC for that game...both had left (one voluntarily, one involuntarily) and the new hires didn't participate in the Bowl prep or game. Position coaches did the play-calling. You gotta be all kinds of stupid to judge a team or a coaching staff on that bowl game. That was nothing more than a glorified B-team scrimmage on our part.
  4. Hahahahaha....fuck you TCU and Jamie The Skunk.
  5. They are camping out at the student entrance for the game, not for GameDay.
  6. Yeah, not even close. Starting to think a Venn diagram of Dolphins fans and UM fans is a single circle.
  7. Was at the game...an absolute blast. Miami fans are a bit...odd. 4 rows in front of me was a guy somewhere between late 40's and mid-50's if I had to guess, maybe late 50's. Gray hair. Wearing Miami Wide Receiver gloves the whole game, and basically acting like he was about 20. Total nut job. Can't believe how big a pussy Cristobal was to take a knee with nearly 30 seconds left. I was rooting for SMU, so I didn't care, but I'm like, "damn, you have one of the best QB's in the country and you aren't even going to try and take a shot to win it in regulation?" That INT in OT was glorious...I was near the top of the stands at about the 5 yard line and had a perfect view of it. You knew it was about to be intercepted about halfway though the ball's flightpath.
  8. As I understand it, conference champions aren't give an automatic first round bye this year. So USA Today is predicting Tech to not be ranked in the top 4.
  9. Great...now that damn song will be in my head all day. Thanks so much.
  10. Snake bit is right. Doesn't help we have an OC who continues to call QB-designed runs even though the QB is injured (talking about Morton, not Hammond....Hammond's was just freak bad luck, non-contact). So help me God if Leftwich calls, or Morton checks into, any QB run on Saturday I'm done with this team until we get serious coaches who aren't fools in place.
  11. I’m confused. Are we talking baseball now?
  12. Is RC Horn Sark or Mrs. Sark? Or maybe CDC?
  13. He should stick to calling miniature golf with Rob Riggle.
  14. Sir, the MS Paint thread is over there.
  15. Nope. Leavitt is starting.
  16. 4 picks in a game is bad, isn’t it?
  17. That could be dangerous. A guy like me could totally OD on that. Fentanyl would be safer.
  18. I had never heard that.
  19. The other key, and what I think is THE KEY that made it work for Tech, is everyone has to be in alignment on what it is you are trying to do. In your scenario above you mentioned the possibility that the big NIL donor would want to demand Dana possibly as the coach. That simply won't work. The NIL sources can't hold the institution hostage on their personal wants and desires. What was great at Tech is that the Matador Club (Campbell, Sellers, Cash, tons of other donors) worked with Joey, James Blanchard, Kirby, et al to find out what they needed. Blanchard as GM identified not just talent, but FIT. Priorities were placed on DL first, OL second. Everything down to the last dollar was very strategic and had to fit with what Joey and his coaches identified as what they wanted and needed. Without that, throwing a ton of NIL money at talent isn't going to work.
  20. I'm in the minority...I liked the beveled Double T, always have. Thought it was the upgrade we needed over the old one (happened in the mid-to-late 90's). 1000000% Amen.
  21. Nevermind. Didn’t realize this was a separate tab.
  22. We have something we’ve never had before. A defensive line. These things (DLs) are kind of cool. Who knew that a real DL can make all of the rest of the defense infinitely better?
  23. Does Florida count as a P4 team this year?
