  1. The low point of VY's pro career (and that's quite a low bar) was when the creditors he owed money to would wait for him outside the Bill's practice field to intercept him on his way to practice. After a couple days of that, the Bills determined that they didn't need that crap and said goodbye. VY somehow lost $27 million of guaranteed money. And some of you still just blame Jeff Fisher for his failures.
  2. Okay, that makes sense. Thanks for the clarification. I'll see myself out.
  3. Wow. He was committed to Auburn as of last Dec. I wonder what happened?
  4. As always, I would recommend that if you donate online, that you do it with extreme caution. Better yet, don't do it. GoFraudMe.com is replete with scammers and just because someone shared that link on X and GoFraudMe "guarantees it" (see below) does not mean it is legit. This one has been set up by someone claiming to be Becky Rader, whoever that it. I do not donate unless I know the people personally and I would NEVER donate on GoFraudMe. I do wish Sergio the best.
  5. They have talent all over the field, for sure.
  6. Thanks so much for the correction. Hope Kaleb has success at Auburn, but he looked unsteady in his final HS game. Again, that may be due to their new coaching staff.
  7. They've lost two or three games in the last two years. One was in the state final and the other was the state semifinal, so maybe it's a little premature to write them off. Reasons to think they will be great: Talent. They are usually loaded with talent across the line, and I'm sure the next lineup of stars is ready to make an impact Reasons to think they won't be dominant: Coaching. Their game plan vs Westlake in last years semifinal seemed strange at best. They were very conservative and were still running dive plays into the line in the third quarter when they were down big. They may have lost more than we understand in the coaching department. QB. They are replacing a four-year starter who won two titles, and played in a third. Good luck at Auburn, Dematrius Davis. Competition. As @Helobious pointed out, there are some ascending programs in their region, namely Atascocita.
  8. Say what you will, but everyone has to admit that this thread delivers.
  9. Hahah, love it and sorry you had to deal with that $#^#$#$ Aggy running back. For me to like a win better than the transcendental A&M loss to Appalachian State, it has to be Westlake Chaps win.
  10. Yes, haha. It's more entertaining.
  11. Hahahahah, this may be my favorite college football game of all time. I like it better than any Texas win. Plus, the postgame conference w Jimbo is the icing on the cake.
  12. You think UTSA has a chance in hell in the toughest place to win in college football against the team with the best fans and traditions? Puleeze.
  13. This is stupid. Preseason polls don't mean anything 'til these Texags posters have their say: I am confident we will be much better and be in the CFP. The CFP is the only thing that matters. My prediction for the teams to make the CFP i am very excited by our ranking and texas ranking. it will make this season that much sweeter. I know everyone one here that pays attention already knows this one, but that list shows just how bad the schedules between OU and sips their first two years were biased. 21 is higher than we've finished in all of the past 4 seasons. So that would be an improvement. I know we do what we do but objectively we have a top 5 talent level and even with doubt, a top 10 team. They're only #1 so tv can call it a 1 vs 2 on saturday when texas goes to ohio when your 21 your not a huge disappointment if you don't win big but if your number 1 you are. i think we surprise this year and texas disappoints I am not surprised that we are ranked 21st and 9th in the SEC. An SEC schedule is a grinder for most teams, and I am glad we only play 4 of the teams ahead of us and 2 of them at home. Hopefully, we can finish ranked for the first time since 2020. Edited to feature an even stranger pic.
  14. Someone look up the Statute of Limitations in the state of Texas cause we were robbed!
  15. Great to hear. I’ll follow them next year. It was a great season w smaller schools winning it all but would like to see Texas do better.
  16. Wow that’s awesome. Will he be on the team next year? I’ll b sure to watch for him.
  17. Let's hope Texas football is fueled for the 2025-2026 season with motivation for the University of Texas Ultimate Frisbee team's 2025 D1 Playoff loss to hated Oregon State. With the game tied at 14-14, Oregon State took advantage of an untimely Texas turnover to pull out the win. Here is the emotionally crushing final three minutes, including the 'Horn's Down' sign from the Beavers following the loss.
  18. The Colorado detectives, including FBI, claim they read Chris Watt's* deleted texts to his mistress the same day he was interrogated, which was only two days after he committed the murders. They must have some pretty amazing software. *Chris Watts is the moron who murdered his pregnant wife and two young daughters in 2018 in Colorado cause he was having an affair with a co-worker. The story captivated the internet because he was so freaking normal, and because it was one of the first case where every aspect of it was recorded on camera. It's really amazing to go back and watch all the videos on YouTube, especially the interrogation, since the detectives did a masterful job of getting him to confess. This is the answer I was looking for. Thanks so much.
