  1. At this point even if he was impeached in Congress and convicted for removal, who would enforce the removal? He would just say no and then it's a standoff. It's why having the president have control over who heads the justice department, the FBI, the intelligence communities, and the military was ridiculously fucking stupid. We are at a point where only force will remove this fascism.
  2. Sometimes I wonder if he's a programmed AI lawyer
  3. If Arch wasn't true team guy there would have been a very bad QB controversy last year. Arch sat 2 years behind an extremely limited QB whom he saw every day he was better than. He did it quietly. A lesser QB would have blown up team chemistry and transfered if he didn't get his way.
  4. Pretty soon we're going to need a thread of which countries are welcoming American citizen refugees
  5. Only being a 2 seater makes this a problem for me and most people. Find a way to make it a reliable 5 person SUV or truck for $20k and I'd get one. But I'm in the probably very small minority that doesn't care about vehicles for anything but utility.
  6. I don't know where you live, but I had a similar situation happen where I had to cook for 20 people. I used these guys for a whole prime brisket, and I smoked ribs/sausage/chicken myself. Just warmed the brisket on the smoker. It turned out great, everyone was happy with it. I just don't have the patience or motivation to do a whole brisket, I hate even thinking about doing one from scratch again. https://one90smokedmeats.com/pages/shipping/#6960856137927
  7. He was committed to USC as a DB before he flipped to us late in December. Probably should go ahead and move back to DB at his next stop.
  8. They're done unless a true elite all american type just happens to jump in for whatever reason. Or a deep threat 4.3 type receiver
  9. So, this class looks to be shaping up nicely...
  10. Who is JackC on the right? Daniel Cruz looks slimmed down. Any more and message boards goobers are going to start projecting him to TE
  11. Is whatever jagoff trump digs up from the right wing nuthouse going to be any worse? Probably so. We aren't hearing anything, but I can only imagine the horrific stuff going on with the FBI and intelligence agencies under those incompetent loons Patel and Gabbard.
  12. The guy barely gets his head out of the way of becoming an olive atop a martini.
  13. After the 2022 Alabama game the same was said by a lot of people about Ewers. Way too early to say that. Arch has to develop. The OU QB is better than the dude we faced last year. How many great QBs are returning in CFB? It'll have to be an Arch type situation where you expect an inexperienced guy to take the leap and become great.
  14. Luckily my family has never supported that garbage. The trouble I'm having now is convincing them it's wise to go ahead and get their passport situation updated and ready in case we need to leave the country suddenly. The bridge from going after immigrants to going after citizens isn't a long one. Especially for these trump assholes.
  15. Are those tiny or is that tray huge? If you like that and live in Wyle drive west on Parker to K avenue. Taqueria Salsa Verde. The restaurant, not the gas station across the street. TortaBirria Try it
  16. They did go after that guy that ended up at tech. The problem there is what they have is high end. Simmons is all American level, Burke and Moore (if needed) are very good. The young guys must be looking solid as well. So any transfer would have to be up at that level to make any sense.
  17. Trey Moore moved to the LB hybrid role because he will need to show that ability to improve his draft chances. He's undersized for a true defensive end in the NFL. He has to show the range of a 3-4 OLB type. He's this year's "Barron to CB" project.
  18. Going all out to load up the defensive line while letting the young DBs grow behind them is a pretty decent plan.
  19. The arms race is on. If Georgia's QB shows he can throw they could be very good. If he doesn't that'll be their downfall. The top of the sport is too juiced up in the arms race to survive having a QB that isn't a plus passer. OSU doesn't win the title last season if Howard doesn't get it together and throw it better during the playoffs than he had ever before.
  20. Possibly, but they could see the far right movement globally as a chance to restock the flock. This coming age of suffering once the leadership tanks the US and world economies is ripe for this stuff taking advantage. Religion always does it's best work during times of suffering when people are mentally defeated and emotionally vulnerable. It's why people always become super Christian or Islamic in prisons. Of course, lost on them will be the reality this kind of garbage is exactly what led to the tanking of the economies in the first place. There's reasons such nonsense has persisted for thousands of years.
  21. I'm thinking they may pick someone that goes hard in the opposite direction and digs in with the hatred, prejudice, and hellfire that we all remember from our youth. Distance from Pope Francis' "well of course all this stuff about hell is bullshit created to scare you into showing up and paying your dues" type of logic.
  22. If that guy became Pope there should be a worldwide decree that all pizza is hence forth tax free.
  23. Honestly, the best thing you can do is really learn about what you supposedly "believe". Learn about it's origins. Learn where it all came from. I had the same thing as a kid. All the supernatural stuff just seemed like extremely far fetched bullshit. When I asked in my Wednesday church "school" where to find evidence and proof for all this very difficult to believe stuff I was shut down. Told not to question it. Got a much nicer but similar reply when directly asking the priest for the evidence this is actually real. That was my giant red flag. I got in a bit of trouble with my parents for asking the CCD teacher if she would pay $15,000 for a used car from a person that refused to show her the car or let her know the car even exists. Pay him the money only on his word and "faith". When she replied obviously no I asked "then why are you asking me to do the same thing with something far more valuable than $15k"? Anyway, that led to me deciding I need to know all about this religion and why it exists. Where it came from. I spent time off and on during college and my 20s, I'd say a few hundred hours total, finding out every archeological record I could of the origins of it all. Then also did the same for Islam and Judaism. That research project changed life for the better, because I could finally understand what I was forced to believe on a level far greater than you learn in church. If you dig in and it brings you closer to your religion, then at least you have a stronger foundation for believing it than "my parents made me" or "I was conned during a low point in my life". If, like me, you see it's all made up nonsense co-opted from various far older pagan religions? Then you're set free from it's mental and emotional shackles.
