  1. Dak injured by 2nd half. Lamb bitching on sideline Jerry looking like an inbred Muppet in the owners box Eagles 49 Cowboys 10
  2. Mack out partying late on a Tuesday night during the season after that kind of loss isn't saying much for his level of commitment. Giving off Cook vibes.
  3. 2 reasons those 2 backs were the only ones that played. Pass pro was a major factor, and I don't remember Sark using a 21 personnel set once. Might have been nice to try that since the flats are a weakness in cover 3 and OSU had trouble with Blue in those sets last season.
  4. This next month is basically fall camp #2 but where we get to watch and evaluate the scrimmages. That's how I see it. It feels bad right now, but if they get the little things fixed and get rolling, there's a great chance they're in the SEC title game again and the playoffs. And we won't even think about this game then.
  5. I'm going to watch the games, but what is there really to talk about until Florida? The defense was awesome, Sark was predictable in the first half until adjusting to cover 3 at halftime, and Arch shit the bed with nerves in his first road start and first start as the #1 QB. It happened, all that went wrong is fixable, but beating up on low level talent then taking a week off for a month isnt going to tell us much.
  6. Despite all the vitriol between Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys, the star pass rusher made one last-ditch effort to try and get a deal done. Two days before he was traded to the Green Bay Packers, Parsons had his agent reach out to the Cowboys to try and bury the hatchet, according to ESPN. Parsons' agent David Mulugheta reportedly sent an email to Jerry and Stephen Jones, telling the pair Mulugheta would come to Dallas or hop on a video call to hammer out a deal. Jerry Jones reportedly shut that down, saying Parsons would need to play on his fifth-year option if he stayed with the Cowboys in 2025, per ESPN. Jerry Jones responded to the message, saying the Cowboys were prepping a trade and if Parsons wanted to play in Dallas in 2025, he would have to do so on his fifth-year option. Parsons would become a free agent in 2026, but the team could also use the franchise tag to prevent his departure at that point. The team could use the franchise tag on Parsons twice if he played out his fifth-year option, something Jones indicated multiple times he would do with Parsons. The threat created a scenario where Parsons would have played on three consecutive one-year deals with the Cowboys unless he agreed to a deal Jones believed the pair negotiated during a March meeting in which Mulugheta was not present. https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/article/micah-parsons-reportedly-made-last-ditch-effort-to-sign-extension-with-cowboys-2-days-before-packers-trade-154206342.html
  7. He's not going to be a QB coach.
  8. After rewatching I'm feeling a lot better about how close this offense is to being very good. Arch settled in and started showing command in the 4th, and throughout the game he showed a nice understanding of coverage. He just made the wrong read a few times and had bad mechanics making a bad throw too many times. But he knows where to go with the ball. And there were 4 or 5 times where he makes ridiculous throws. It'll just be about tightening it up and learning to control the adrenaline in pressure moments. On the TD play he does a fantastic job. He recognizes he has man across the formation, and motions the back in to max protect. He knows he'll have Livingstone 1 on 1 if he can look off the safety, but he'll need the time. Great recognition. He looks the safety off left then makes an NFL quality throw and Livingstone fights off the DB for position and the TD. Screen_Recording_20250903_003429_YouTube~2.mp4 This one was earlier at the beginning of the TD drive. Once again he checks to keep the back in for max protection. He reads zone, possibly single high, but he does a fantastic job manipulating the safety. First, he identifies the safety bailing out to cover middle. Then he looks the safety over before snapping back to Wingo and delivering a strike where the safety vacated. Great recognition and throw. Screen_Recording_20250903_005211_YouTube~3.mp4 This was the best throw of the game by either QB. It's a 3 x 1 vert with the slot running a post or seam (wasn't the best route), Wingo wide running a deep seam, and Endries running the wheel under it. OSU DBs play this very well, notice at the snap Arch reads the half field safety to that side turn and bail deep. At the beginning of the progression Arch sees the corner sink onto the wheel, which makes that wheel a very tight throw to fit in under the deep safety. He said "fuck it, I'm Arch Manning" and throws a got damn laser from the wide hash to the opposite sideline on the fucking money. Not many QBs can do that. That's shit that will keep DCs cursing at their screen in film review once this guy puts it all together. I did not appreciate this throw 10% as much watching it live as I did on review. Screen_Recording_20250903_010526_YouTube~2.mp4 We all know later in that drive he misses the throw to Wingo and that was the shot to get the game tied. That's the consistency factor that needs to be overcome in this next month to take the offense to the next level. The line can play. The receivers can play. Endries can make tough catches. Baxter and Wisner are plus pass blockers and get you what is blocked, but hopefully Clark can show he can be a back that can juke a safety or corner and get you extra. This offense is close, but still just a bit doughy in the middle and needs a little more time to bake. We'll get there.
  9. Can't completely answer that here, but those people are no longer in football. Once they do that stuff and get caught they're gone. There's morons that find joe rogan entertaining as well.
  10. Can't think of a worse piece of shit in football. Some are up there with him, but damn is this guy a giant piece of shit
  11. This should be a make or break year for Milwee. If Sark is really listening to him and cares as much as he says about getting a title. Milwee should be the first guy pushing on Sark to change up the calls and not be so predictable with route concepts. I think Arch will be fine, he didnt look anything like that on his snaps last season. Dude was just too hyped then once he started with that bad pass to start the game he snowballed into collapse.
  12. You have to be very careful about clips showing a receiver running free late in the route. Most of the time the ball is out and the defense is rallying to it. From what I've watched I didn't see him free much when tbe QB still had the chance to read his way
  13. They did some disguising, but nothing too crazy. Whatever they showed pre-snap turned into cover 3 60 percent of the time. Arch was just phased by the environment and wasn't trusting his line or his process. The other problem is Sark was too predictable early and really didnt fully adjust to the cover 3 until the 2nd half. He needs to switch up what he comes in with to start games. Good defenses have him scouted and bagged. If you want to see something he could do, watch the film breakdowns of FSU. They used the threat of Castellanos running along with jet action or some type of horizontal threat to keep Alabama's LBs guessing. That's the shit we need to see incorporated into what Sark already wants to do. Now, if you want to feel better about what we have, that film of the Alabam defense will do it. Whatever was coached into them by Saban is gone in 18 months time. Poor gap responsibility, LBs and DBs guessing, not setting the boundary to force the ball into help. You name it, they fucked it up that game. I don't know who DeBoer brought as his DC, but if this keeps up he better fire that mofo and go get some old Saban dudes back or he's going to be cooked.
  14. Of course he lied. So what? That's required in this game. Dak lied to get his extension, started talking about being in a different uniform. What you're missing is greed is the culture set in the organization by the Joneses. Winning on the field isn't important and the players know that. Making money off the field is their idea of winning. So why wouldn't the players follow suit? And how in the hell could you blame them for trying to milk every penny they can out of this organization? You need to take your head out of Jerry's ass and see the reality of this organization
  15. And you think the Jones family wants to take a penny less than the maximum they believe they can rape you to get?
  16. So did dipshit actually make an appearance? Or was it announcing meaningless space force bullshit by CGI?
  17. GTFO with that teeny bopper garbage. This occasion calls for the Godfather
  18. Niblett just seems like a dude with speed who sucks at football. At this point I think he's pretty much useless. Probably need to swap Littleton and Jaylon G and see if he handles that corner spot as well as he handled nickel this game.
  19. Watch the film breakdown. WRs were not the problem. When the safeties are literally sitting and positioning pre snap to take away the crossing route they know is coming against the grain? That's a scheme issue. That's being too damn predictable and not throwing enough sliders to get people off your fastball. Their players knew time and time again, from the very first snap of the game, where to position themselves to attack what was coming. The same concept of running clear out routes to have someone from the back side cross in against the grain. He even pointed out that every first snap of the game Arch has taken at Texas has been the same play. And OSU sat on it.
  20. No offensive line is going to win in goal line when the defense knows exactly what play set is coming. OSU had zero doubt Sark was going to run it inside 4 straight times from the 6. They sat on it. Day at least gave Texas different formations and looks with a credible threat to roll out the QB in goal line, and it still took them 4 downs to get it in. That problem isn't the line. It's Sark being too damn stubborn. Scheme to win the snap, not to make a statement.
  21. Exactly, if he thinks our Oline got dominated that badly, how would he describe the OSU Oline? In contrast, Day should be downright panicking that his offensive line sucks big chocolate salty balls after getting stuffed for barely over 2 yds a rush by a defense having to scheme to defend a great receiver unit.
  22. No one will go into the first snap at Florida confident in what we'll see. But this offense desperately needs this next month to go back to the drawing board and get their shit together. It's like a 2nd chance at a fall camp after another top tier program just exposed your offense. Sark needs to look in the mirror and realize defenses are sitting on all of his stuff. Most don't have the talent level to completely stuff it, but people we have to beat to get a title like Georgia and OSU do.
  23. I didn't make a comment on the quality of the throw
