  1. That's fair, buns went quick as shit. Went to grab a beer from the garage and came back to them like that. But the inside was fine, was just that outer edge that was torched
  2. Was just going to do onions and japs on both then changed my mind when I was making the 2nd one
  3. Yup those are the ones. Good stuff, will use again
  4. Broiler on the new oven ain't no joke Sent from my LM-V405 using Tapatalk
  5. Chili dogs of your average but very tasty variety, the onions were particularly potent. Wife has no idea what's coming in an hour or so. Sent from my LM-V405 using Tapatalk
  6. Wife said I'll take our youngest son to wrestling practice if you cook. Found some frozen jalapeño cheddar links from Dave's meat market, frozen tater tots, a can of mixed beans and a can of hot rotel and some spicy stone ground mustard Sent from my LM-V405 using Tapatalk
  7. Been a while since I've checked this thread but there's some excellent work being done, good job gentlemen Sent from my LM-V405 using Tapatalk
  8. You sound like my FIL. He'll go out of his way to kill a rat snake and then complain about rat droppings in his garage. Vast majority of spiders and snakes are beneficial unless you just prefer less desirable pests in your house and property. You could get bit by a wolf spider and a mosquito and you wouldn't know which bite was which.
  9. I don't put beans in chili that I make but I don't care if other people do. I like chili and I like beans so it's not a deal breaker Sent from my LG-H820 using Tapatalk
  10. This is how she sits now as I try to figure out the turn signal wiring
  11. This is the most recent pic I've taken. She was more of a project than I realized but it'd been sitting for 2 years. But after changing all the filters, having the fuel injectors serviced, changing the rear brake master cylinder, rebuilding the alternator and otherwise pulling my hair out she runs like a beast. Wired up a horn to hopefully pass inspection and all should be good then
  12. I like the jap to tomato ratio, nice job
  13. I'm going to a small Superbowl party but just for the food. I'm making pork belly burnt ends and looking forward to brisket and everything else. Couldn't care less about the actual game though
  14. What a bunch of bullshit. Refs giving patriots a direct path to the win, almost as bad as that Texas/Oklahoma state game a few years ago. Tap on the shoulder to Brady = roughing the passer. Drive extended. Ball clearly touches the ground - oh well, drive extended.
  15. It's part of the story. That's really the one thing I don't like about the game, I could have done without that part
  16. Well done. I've never posted pics but a lot of times when I smoke a brisket or pork shoulder I'll throw on some spam for a few hours and then slice it and make egg sandwiches. It's been too long, think I'll do that this weekend
  17. A lot of it is but they have some good stuff for the price, would be worth at least a browse on the website. We had a lot of Ikea when we were poor and newly married. We've replace most of it but still have our entertainment center which I still really like.
  18. I'd say Ikea but that would require putting on your big girl panties and putting it together. If that's simply not an option drive around the hood, there's discount furniture stores on every corner
  19. Sold my 77 triumph when my first son was born and have been kicking myself ever since. Finally getting another motorcycle. It's a BMW K100 that's been converted to a cafe racer. Haven't ridden in 20 years so going to take it slow but I'm excited
  20. Always wanted to do a chicken coop in the backyard but it's not legal here even though we're right on the edge of the city. Shit, we have farms less than a half mile from us
  21. So where is this game falling on your all-time favorite list? Definitely top 3 for me if not #1. Expectations were high and it blew them away
