Worst concert/live show that you attended
Yeah I've seen Dylan twice, certainly not a banging show by any stretch but neither were godawful either. Kinda dull is what you get from him. Mellencamp opened one of the shows and was fantastic. ETA Willie also played the Mellencamp show.

No, Norfolk Va. The only reason I went in the first place is I had accidentally seen DAC in Atlanta back in '99. We were at this club west of Buckhead, and the live entertainment came out, this tall ass motherfucker in a purple velvet cape and pimp hat. Starts rapping some Eminem. Didn't think much of it till he starts into some country song and I turn to my buddy and go "hey this dude sounds a lot like David Allen Coe" just as purple velvet weirdo start into If That Ain't Country. Realize that in fact this is David Allen Coe. Ends up played shit from Pantera, more Eminem, you name it, absolutely entertaining ass show. Anyway, when he came in '05, was like hell we should go see him. Was one of the saddest things I've ever witnessed. When I say they carried him, I mean they literally carried him out to his stool.

Albums with no bad songs
There's several Floyd albums that could go on here, but I would say Animals Social Distortion - Sex, Love and Rock and Roll is also nothing but bangers.

Oh shit, this actually reminds me of the unequivocally worst show I've seen, David Allen Coe in like 2005. I had totally blanked this from my memory. But he was so incapacitated they carried him out and put him on a stool, and it was just 30 minutes of absolute gibberish.

That sucks. They were one of the best shows I've seen when I caught them around the turn of the millennium.

Everclear was fucking atrocious when I saw them in '95 or '96. Motley Crue was well past their prime when I saw them as well, probably late 00s?

Led Zeppelin
So I'm not sure where else to put this, but there is a Dread Zeppelin documentary out.

Gotcha. I subscribe to the never run when you can walk, never walk when you can stand, never stand when you can sit theory. Also never sit when you can lay down.

Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson, Chris Stapleton, and Other Good Stuff
At my company Christmas party the other week, my office manager's husband was trying to tell me about a good band he just found, Red Dirt Something or other, and I was like you mean Red Clay Strays? Yeah that's it ! Ha. I was like yeah they kick ass. Anyway, also in the other good stuff category, I just heard one of the best covers of Rhinestone Cowboy ever last month when I stumbled on Orville Peck's new album.

Top 10 rock'n'roll songs of all time
I kinda agree, mostly because I think they are more revered for a very deep catalog than any one particularly fantastic song. To me they are firmly a new wave/power pop band, not really rock and roll. There's honestly not many straight rock bands from that era. The Ramones, The Clash, The Pretenders, AC/DC, Motorhead, The Alarm and such were kind of the leading lights, and only some of those bands charted much. Bruce and Tom Petty to a degree.
