  1. https://www.on3.com/news/simmons-scoop-keep-an-eye-on-recruitment-of-5-star-te-duce-robinson/ Here's Chad Simmons (On3 Director of Recruiting) telling us in not so many words that Duce is headed to Louisville.
  2. http://www.hudl.com/v/2GbN80 Dude is a monster. I'd give ctj's left nut if we could sign Keeley.
  3. If you can't distinguish the difference between Pizza the Hutt (Spaceballs) and Chet the Blob (Weird Science), then we have no choice but to disregard any of your takes regarding what's funny or not.
  4. This isn't new. It's been that way forever I've seen many jilted aggy tears saying, "I can't believe he didn't pick us. We were the first to offer him!"
  5. Would you voluntarily go to Baton Rouge if you didn't have to?
  6. Hahaha. Or remember that time on TOS when there was a tow truck driver that was maiming and murdering people by throwing rocks off the bridge onto cars on I-35? What a fun fucking time!
  7. I asked at Twin Liquors today if they got anything allocated, and the dude told me "We have some Weller that's hidden behind the counter. Limit 1 per customer". Sweet, score! Then he hands me a bottle of Weller Special Reserve. 😞
  8. Jimbo's planning on starting a fullback, in the Year of Our Lord, Two Thousand Twenty-Two
  9. If Angilau and Majors are a wash at center and somebody else is better at guard, then why change? Just make Angilau the backup guard, where he doesn't have to learn new skills. If Angilau is less likely to end up in Ewers' lap, then Angilau and Majors are not equal.
  10. Because appearances matter. Also, the blue hairs that we need to make large donations to our NIL efforts will be there. And some of them are at about the same intelligence level as @BurntOrange&White, and have as limited an understanding of OL roster management as @JFKFC So we really have to dumb it down for them, and trot out some starting freshmen on the OL.
  11. Sports Illustrated released the SI99 rankings... https://www.si.com/college/2022/08/09/college-football-recruiting-class-of-2023-prospect-rankings-si99 TLDR: #1 Dante Moore. #10 Arch Too lazy (and on my phone) to copy and paste the rest. It's a waste of precious bytes, anyhow.
  12. These are the #1 overall QB recruits of the last 8 years. 2021 - Quinn Ewers 2020 - Bryce Young (Heisman winner) 2019 - Spencer Rattler (EABOD) 2018 - Trevor Lawrence (1st Overall Draft Pick) 2017 - Davis Mills (3rd rd. pick - Texans . 13 NFL starts) 2016 - Shea Patterson (sucked at Mich) 2015 - Josh Rosen (10th overall draft pick) 2014 - Kyle Allen (17 career NFL starts) Other than Shea Patterson (and maybe Spencer Rattler), they have all been NFL caliber players. So, there's reason for optimism. Especially since Trevor Lawrence was the only other one of these other guys to have a 1.000 composite.
  13. You had to throw Jones in there, so Immamac wouldn't ban your ass, huh?
  14. It's much more funny when the fans put the For Sale sign in the coach's front yard.
  15. You're using way too much logic for the Looch 44. He doesn't care what anybody else has players rated. Besides, Looch is a better talent evaluator than this so called "industry composite" of experts around the country. If he says TJ Shanahan is the #1 player in the state of Texas, he's by-goddurn-right. Because he knows better than everybody else. And Aggy should be super excited, because not only is he the best player in the state, but he's also going to be playing with a chip on his shoulder from being under-ranked.
  16. Only if Hicks commits to them before the Looch 44 comes out.
  17. Yeah, not for polite company. But, if the woman in question is rude as shit, then by all means use the second word.
  18. He ran a 10.22 this past weekend to take 2nd at the AAU Junior Olympics, and won the 200m in dominating fashion with a 20.96.
  19. Yeah, Sark has already worked out a deal with Saban for us to have a ton of recruits on hand that weekend, and for Bama to let us to beat them. They both realize that this is the only recourse left if there's to be any chance of stopping the juggernaut being built out in College Station.
