  1. Came here to post this exact same thing. WTF - do better, ESPN.
  2. Seen dumber. Seen more obvious called overturned, too.
  3. This has to be the dumbest shit I heard from aggy in a long time. aggy and Elko deserve each other. I remember hearing it during Gameday but not having time to come post because I was cooking. hire someone with aggy mentality, get aggy results. *** EDIT *** Holy shit i just watched the video clip of it. I thought he intentionally did it as a joke. Nope. He completely aggy'd it up and said Texas on accident.
  4. Oh my. I just turned this game on. This day is delicious.
  5. Let me add, there are more. I just was typing while watching both this and laughing at Indiana shit the bed. Affluent character has to give up their fancy watch/shoes.
  6. lol - I was just trying to save space for people that didn't really care to read about it. Here it is: Chicago (because Hughes, so this is the least of all evils) "Trouble on the homefront" "The only thing you see on the interstate is concrete (interstate)" "Anecdotes" Nasty hotel room gets damaged. Rental car gets destroyed. Riding a Greyhound bus. Instead of a ride in a car with pictures of nude girls, driving around with call girl/strippers. Wallet theft and subsequent related car issues. Riding in the trailer of a semi, unconventional way. Breaking/ruining a bed. Anxious wife/mother who is on the outs with her husband/son waiting at home. Driving in a car unfit for the road near the end (Can't believe they made that homeless family drop them off at that mansion) Final shot ending closeup on the loveable goofy guy's face.
  7. Born '83. Never heard of it till this thread just a few posts ago. There was nothing entertaining on in the first games other than what's going on with Ol Miss/UF right now... so, being a glutton for punishment I finished the damn movie Dutch... it just got worse. So many more ripoffs. And stupid 90s humor (including 11 year olds being able to fight an adult). But as low as the movie got, it still made the pathetic redemption in the last act somewhat enjoyable. I kept a complete list of all the obvious PTA ripoffs. Can someone remind me how to do spoilers? I don't think I've done one in a long time.
  8. I love a good warm glass of schadenfreude on a snowy November afternoon.
  9. "Trouble on the homefront?" "The only thing you see on the interstate is concrete (interstate)" "Anecdotes" I'm out.
  10. I'm 20 minutes into Dutch... I am just not liking it. It's a straight ripoff: a couple of quotes, musical choices, forcing the rental car issue, character roles, etc. But it's not just that. Doyle is a detestable little shit from everything he's shown so far. Might switch over to Pieces of April or Home for the Holidays if things don't improve soon.
  11. Next week is Thanksgiving - will be watching PTA this weekend with wife and the oldest.
  12. Somehow I bet it's worse than that.
  13. first impression- not a great logo. normally in favor of throwbacks (that is one, right?), but that one looks like the ol' sarge (or whatever fuck name it is) aggy logo with the helmet strap across his chin. except its sparta aggy.
  14. Pulling off a good alternate (the Big Red mascot helmet) as well as a good throwback (see above)... well done WKU.
  15. Those things were fucking terrible.
  16. scott tenorman make that pizza?
  17. aggy gonna aggy. baylor/gonzaga doesn't tip till 11:30 eastern? fuck.

    I can hear this post.
  19. Jesus Christ, I just realized this could be my son's freshman year. I don't think he'll end up at ND. Right now he's interested in sports journalism (Indiana would be great) as well as math and engineering (Purdue would be great). Either way, that's sobering as fuck. Last time I was going to host a tailgate but had to bail and sell my tickets to Deej because my brother had his first game as a HC that Saturday years ago and I wanted to be there for him. I'll plan to host one again, if all things work out.
  20. I've had yellow bird recommended twice this week before your post. Guess it's time to take the plunge and get a bottle. Had close to 40 different sauces in my collection a couple years ago. Trying to bleed out the ones I don't love or minimize sauces with the same flavor profile. I'd like to end up at 10-12 that are just my favorite go-to sauces with a wide variety of heat and uses.
