  1. Do B12 refs get paid by the hour?
  2. drink the whole thing then start shitposting, it will be more interesting than this game
  3. Sweet, 3-0 still on the table
  4. I was hoping this game would end 3-0
  5. Kirby said he was just calling time out
  6. The conferences are too big so there’s not enough of a sample size of good vs good to really know who is great. Indiana played Oregon. Aggie played us. Tech played BYU. tOSU played us. We played 5 teams in the top 14 but only went 3-2 its hard to figure out who is the best if they don’t actually, you know, play one another. If all of the top 16 teams this year had schedules that included 5 games amongst one another there wouldn’t be any undefeateds and teams like Aggie would be 8-4
  7. These are both top 25 teams but neither are top 12
  8. He’s out busting taillights, pulling people over and stealing their meth
  9. Honestly 6 teams would have been plenty this year based on the field they let in.
  10. You know, things coulda been a lot different. A&M only paid $48M to coach there, and 77.5M buyout, should have got at least $200M for havin to live around them rednecks. Caint just walk away from the money though, gotta get fired to earn it. Bass boats don’t buy themselves and the gas ain’t free. Also got an old playbook in good shape I can sell you by the page, looking to put a new above ground pool out at the ranch.
  11. Let’s say you want out of your current situation and have $2M left on your contract. Do you leave with nothing or get fired and take the $2M with you? I know what I would do but then again I like money.
  12. It’s funny to hear them bitch about our game this year, makes me smile. i was at the MSU-Aggie game 10 years or so ago with Aggie friends who invited us. It was obvious they were piping in crowd noise when MSU was on offense. MSU was winning pretty big midway through the 4th, the crowd was filing out and the stands were 1/2 full at best yet it sounded like DKR on T+1 Not sure where rules currently stand but at that time it was illegal to crank noise through the PA to disrupt the opposing offense. Just typical low rent cheating by Aggie to disguise the noise as “crowd noise”
  13. But they can sure as fuck spell SEC!
  14. It smells kinda like butter teeth in here. if we are going back to the well why not go grab Chizik? He did ok here the year often we played Michigan in a bowl game.
  15. It’s pretty close, though our schedule last year was a little harder than theirs this year. 16, 15, 13, 12, 11, 10, 6, and 1 this year they played 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8, and 5 It’s ridiculous they have only played UGA once, but I think it’s because no one outside the cult gives a single shit about them, just look at the TV numbers. They have to balance the marquee programs with high viewership games, yet trying to be careful not to overload the schedule and harm the top resumes. Aggie is lower mid of the conference so by the time they get to making their schedule they just cobble something together.
  16. Not to nitpick, but 50k is almost 1% of his annual salary. Between being a lawyer and stating that loaning $20 is analogous to $50,000 then you sir are truly a surlyite and very much at home despite your alma mater.
  17. It’s hard to say, the committee obviously just wings it and makes shit up as they go. Even if we were getting more credit for our schedule and had been in the mix for the 10 spot, after the way everything shook out I think they would have left us out because we would likely have 3 rematches to reach the finals. I am surprised they went with the OU/Bama rematch instead of shuffling to get Bama/Aggie, OU/Miami.
  18. I couldn’t agree more, quit and not play in your bowl game this year? Bowl ban next year as as penalty. Fuck Dome
  19. At which bowl game are all the Pavia getting arrested and banned for life from?
  20. What Cignetti has done is remarkable taking a team that was 9-27 in the 3 prior years to 24-2 in his first two. Doormat program who was in the division with OSU, UM and Pedo. BUT… 2024– Played OSU (L) and UM (W) then 7 of the bottom 8 teams (31-55) and really bad OOC. Great job against really bad competition, went 1-1 in their 2 game schedule before getting knocked out in first round of playoffs. This is A&M this year. 2025- Played Oregon, Iowa, Illinois, and 6 of the bottom 7 teams (23-49), same gauntlet OOC. A 3 game schedule and atrocious competition, but they took care of business and just beat OSU. Conference Champs, heisman, they look like the team to beat. Sideline demeanor reminds me of Saban Schedules matter, last year they were a paper tiger nearly identical to A&M this year. Undoubtedly a good team, but a record built on playing the worst competition they could possibly have on their schedule outside of 2 games. I’m rooting for them this year, we get to see how well they do against better competition. Tl;dr Cignetti is a damn good coach but let’s see how he does against good teams over a larger sample size
  21. As shitty as the committee is I wouldn’t be shocked to see north Texas drop out of the rankings and 8-5 Duke slide in at 24
