  1. Alfred's hair throws it off a bit. Look at their mouths. Quinn's is about 2 inches away. Vertically of course.
  2. Wow, I've only seen one of these and I love Samuel L
  3. I like this show. Hoping it's not just a one season limited series.
  4. She didn't have much boobage on fargo either IIRC. More of a butt/face/personality gal.
  5. Only on every play so an improvement from last year really.
  6. Just finished. Enjoyed. Thought it may be his most impressive film visually. Also noticed 4 redundant bond actors, unless I'm missing more?
  7. Our team is hamstrung by the bad zeke contract until next year anyways. Anything we can accomplish this year will be icing on the cake.
  8. The lady's like Houdini, I kicked open the stall and she was gone. She lost a shoe. Look for someone with a limp.
  9. I enjoyed them, but I also enjoyed Prometheus. Could take it or leave it with TLJ.
  10. I enjoyed the lakeside storyline the best too. My interest was also peaked anytime a meal was described.
  11. Man, as much as it didn't amount to winning, DeRozans moves in the paint were fun to watch.
  12. You're practicing your facial exercises right now?
  13. I always mix up the nuggets and Jazz too. Something about them having similar colors and being in the same region.
  14. Complete Guide To Fasting (Heal Your Body Through Intermittent, Alternate-Day, and Extended Fasting) https://www.amazon.com/dp/1628600012/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_V6ATRDB6WB6KDJPFBMXH
  15. I was of the same mind like 3 months ago when my buddy first brought to our attention. Then he said he lost 30lbs in a month and my jaw dropped. He sent us this book with the data behind fasting and instructions for different fasting plans, including the extended fasts. Not something I'd want to do all the time, but they can be really helpful if you want to lose weight quickly or reset after a vacation, the holidays, etc. Honestly, it's a challenge that has results, and you literally do nothing. You'd be surprised how much food has an impact on your life. Buying food, prepping food, eating food, all takes time. On fasting days, its like, what do I do with all this extra time? And, I'm not gonna lie, there are times when you feel hungry, but crazily enough, times when you're not and you haven't eaten in a day or 2 days.
  16. From what I've read, it depends on what your goal is. If you are looking for immune system reconstruction, etc, the sugar in the milk can throw off your fast, because of the sugar. If you're looking for weight loss, then you'll want your carb intake to be down so that your body doesn't experience an insulin spike, because insulin spikes lead to weight gain. In that case, it would be better to use heavy whipping cream or MCT oil in your coffee, instead of milk.
  17. The wife and I started the 16 hour intermittent fasting routine, which after some time to aclimate, are super easy to maintain during the week. The problem is, on the weekends we like to drink with, eat snacks and watch shows after the kids go down, which throws everything off. We've since resorted to extended fasts during the week. Generally, we wont eat from Sunday night until Tuesday morning, but have started fasting until Tuesday and Weds evening as well, depending on how we feel. The results have been crazy. We've both lost over 30 pounds and our mental and physical states have both started adapting to the longer fasts. Honestly, 6 months ago, the idea of not eating for 2-3 days would have been insane, but as you adapt it's actually pretty manageable and stimulating.
  18. Is that an elephant trunk glory hole? What so they can practice getting railed by Alabama? Does Aggy have one of these rooms too?
  19. I do. But if you dropped the er, I could live with it.
  20. Had to get my tattoo on the inside, because my dad would totally flip. Hurt like two bitches on a bitch bone. Something like that.
  21. Went to HS with Mac McWhorter's son. Mac McWhorter III. Big guy, about 6'5 235. Played TE as a preferred walk on at UT. He's a really nice guy and super goofy. His Dad was intense as you could imagine with Mac being his only son and him a structured guy who coached one of the best offensive lines UT ever had, but you shoulda seen how proud Mac II was of Mac III when he earned a scholly his Sr. Year. Really cool. Mac III is my pick.
