  1. Didn’t have as much confidence coming into the series against the Clips for obvious reasons and maybe one not so obvious one: Zubac plays Jokic better than anyone in the NBA. Thrilled to see aside from game 3 that we’re playing reasonably well with a Jokic more kept in check than we’re used to. At 3-2, life is good.
  2. Yeah this is crazy to me, I get it, but I don’t. It could be argued that vape pen administered quality (rosin) concentrates are much healthier than sparking up flower. Gummies are the safest way to consume with obviously no real respiratory impact assuming someone knows their dosage size. In legal states, many folks go to the pens for ease over flower so it’s just unfortunate the current laws. This right here. Typically am just traveling with flower unless I know I’m going to a jurisdiction that doesn’t disambiguate between concentrates and flower. Much safer way to go.
  3. Uhh, was there a screen scrape of Surly so that the AI written article used “exe” for “Texas Ex”?
  4. Yeah I’m not sure whether the chant was aimed at him not showing up in the playoffs, him getting too many touch fouls called his way in a game that was very physical, or just that he’s an easy person to root against. It did happen right after he got multiple touch fouls on drives that sent him to the line so thinking it may be a little column b and c?
  5. Was at the Nuggs game. Man it was good to see playoff Murray make an appearance. Russ had more ups than downs. MPJ hitting 3’s. AG playing with good spacing and presence inside. CB had a great 3 just before the 3rd followed by a hustle play to stop an easy basket. Jokic got a triple double and still seemed like the most non factor I’ve seen him in the playoffs. True team effort. Did the “Harden sucks” chant come through on tv?
  6. That or he did a field sobriety test and failed that. Would seem without a field sobriety test failure, going to have a hard time making it stick as a DWI. Curious though, doesn’t a vape pen imply THC concentrate in TX which comes with felony offenses for any amount as opposed to misdemeanor possession of personal amounts of flower? Interesting the charges brought forward at this point.
  7. I have a similar reaction to many here between this and the football forum. If he were speeding, but they didn’t detect alcohol, they must have detected weed scent in the car for having probable cause to search, right? You would think with a pen he’d know to have some windows open as a pen doesn’t smell anywhere near as bad as sparked flower. Just dumb in many ways. Would he had to have failed a field sobriety test for them to take him in for DWI with a pen on him vs just charging with possession? Or is the speeding and having it on his possession enough for DWI? If he failed a field sobriety test, charge seems legitimate regardless of substance of cause.
  8. Let’s go baby. Turn this into a big inning.
  9. I don’t think anyone went Aggy, but Burke comes across as Aggy in this series. Kyle Peterson has been impartial IMO.
  10. Really looking forward to hearing poor aggies chants later in the game today on broadcast and have Chris Burke have to acknowledge it. Had been a part of a handful at the Disch back in the day.
  11. Have both Warriors and TWolves in the first round in my playoff bracket comp at work. Feeling good about those picks right now.
  12. Big ole dub. Picked the Clips in a work bracket challenge, but I would love to be wrong. Can’t believe we pulled it out. Not sure if it was our D playing that much better or the Clips just not hitting in the second half but I’ll take it.
  13. Damn I thought he committed to UNC earlier in the day. Surprising.
  14. Glad to see Memphis make it a game. Would be funny to see them pull off the upset.
  15. As in there are more good looking people with money in SF and LA and they’re not as passionate of fans?
