  1. Venables’ kit.
  2. We’re living in a simulation controlled by a sadistic AI overlord.
  3. Oh boy. Lots of Tate incoming.
  4. I went to Chick-fil-A for lunch. What did I miss?
  5. TD and chasing it down with angry aggy fan State Trooper is the chef’s kiss.
  6. This can’t be real. It’s almost as if surly scripted this game.
  7. Lmafo
  8. Wow.
  9. aggy hanging around. Gotta pick that.
  10. Pretty sure a DC coaching 8th grade could defend South Carolina. Their motion concepts are slow, obvious, and deeper garded.
  11. aggy seems out of sorts. Craver catches that and houses it against slow ass Notre Dame.
  12. Yeah, aggy is back on their heels. I would have tried to picked up that first down with a quick pass.
  13. We have a chance to win. I wish this was acknowledged by anyone outside of Texas.
  14. I’d say every major mafia controlled carting in their respective cities. And the Garment District. The Lucchese and Gambinos split that.
  15. Not on the grand scale of the Teamsters, but the Five Families and Chicago controlled the bartenders’ unions in their respective cities in addition to AC and Vegas. They’ve always had influence in the builders’ unions. The Concrete Club in NYC being the most famous example. The tax was $5 per yard. Got broken up in the mid 1980s. They also controlled the Fulton Fish Market until it moved and the docks and their associated unions. Chicago was more into city government namely bid rigging public works contracts. Got broken up in the early 1990’s. It’s widely speculated that 2 Chicago aldermen were made members of The Outfit. D’Arco and Roti. Even Philly got into the action. As you saw in The Irishman, they controlled the roofers union and that psycho Nicky Scarfo had a rebar company in AC.
  16. I skipped Gameday this morning and all of the usual suspects on podcasts when it became abundantly clear that no one was even going to even entertain a discussion that Texas could win. I don’t get it. These same people tanked us number 1 in the nation in September. None of the team or the coaches have changed.
  17. Probably my favorite “oaky” bourbon. Just a pleasant sipper that is pretty simple. They could price it better, but I believe industry standard is $10 for every year in the barrel. At $160 a bottle this is a little under that. I guess Heaven Hill wants to keep it that way because it’s a legacy offering.
  18. They smoked a good Blazers team, and maybe took a step forward in getting the Stay Ready Crew paid. Grand prize for NBA Cup is $500k. That’s a big deal for about half the team. I’m cautiously optimistic on Reed’s defense. I’d like see him against some really good guards again, but he’s certainly progressing. Cavs, Nuggets, and Warriors will be good tests. I’d shoot no hesitation too if Ime and Amen threatened to beat the shit out of me if I passed on an open look.
  19. Probably the most down on the Rockets podcast. And the shit rolls uphill at the Ringer.Verno is butthurt the Rockets got a bonafide star and Memphis couldn’t during their rise. Hoops Collective is very bullish on the Rockets.
  20. Banged his kidney(?) in a collision with a Blazer. Immediately went to the lockerroom.
  21. I assume Holiday had an injury last postseason in Boston? And of course the Wizards traded away a potential All Star.
  22. Cocaine Curry (because he’s white) was briefly popular, if wildly ambitious, last season.
  23. Credence has a speakeasy. This is like finding an unexploded WWII bomb in Memorial. They could be serving repackaged Whataburger and I could give a shit. They have a speakeasy. We’re excited. Medium Rare is pretty great for portion control and all that. I think I remember it includes a salad of the day. Good parking as well for that part of town. Free restaurant parking in Midtown, I’m not complaining.
