ok we need to break for a second here because this is really important and we need to talk about this:
read the above and try to make sense of it.
this was part of a touchdown drive where nc state had the ball for 6:34 straight ... and punted TWICE
now go back and reread that before watching the highlight
This has nothing to do with Sark, alcohol, or who is whose baby daddy, but everyone needs to see this and this is where everyone is.
I wonder if has ever happened before in college football history

The game in Fayetteville last year was one of the tamest game environments I've ever seen. The supposed hatred people love to wax poetic about is overblown.
Players on both will be more motivated by Brad Spence moving from Arkansas to Texas than any sense of historic rivalry that was last relevant several decades before they were born.
I remember hearing old fans say they had to make sure they had enough gas (in their cars with Texas tags) to make the game and return back into Texas since the piggies won't sell them gas. Don't know if truth, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Texas is functionally being treated as a two loss team. Ahead of several two loss teams and behind some. Right behind two-loss USC. About a 1/5 chance of making the CFP— better than any 3 loss team.
In the AP poll the two loss teams ahead don’t have more than one non-competitive loss. They have good wins. Texas’ win vs OU and Vandy are good but wins over UGA, USC, Pitt, Bama, Iowa, Arizona State, and ND are good wins. Some really good wins. And there’s also not clearly handling bad teams a couple times.
Texas isn’t being punished for the tOSU game; the big issues are the way the UGA and UF losses went and the inconsistency in other wins.
The Florida loss is the huge nail in the forehead

No one is OK with that shit Flood is trotting and has been for the past 5 seasons. He's gone after this season, anyway. Thankfully. Let's hope Sark finds a guy who can punch above their weight and get more 4/5* linemen than 3* projects. And development is key. The guy has to be able to develop, even in his first year with what Flood has left him. Sark is not keeping that lazy retread around simply because CDC doesn't like losing, and he has functioning eyes like the rest of us.
We see what Arch can do with competent line play, not even high-level linemen. If he can get dudes that will push motherfuckers around, watch out. Plus that will open up the run game, and if that happens, we're cooking with arson.
I must have missed the story, but is the bold above true or wishful thinking.
