Asking the checkout person "Does this mean it's free?" when an item doesn't scan is lame and stupid. Telling the waiter "I hated it" when they take your empty plates back is lame and stupid. Sexual assault is a bit more.
L-O-Fucking-L if you really believe that the reason every company in the world wants you to install their app is so that they can create a better UX. Nothing to do with creating captive audience or sucking up and reselling data. After working in tech you really believe that every app is better than a website? I shudder to think of what a wreck your iPhone must be.
The problem is it sounds great but makes no sense. What does "take some of the chemicals out of our food supply" mean? Water is a chemical. Starch is a chemical. Manure as a fertilizer is a chemical (or a mix of chemicals really). If you want to discuss specific chemicals to take out then great, I'm all for it, but I haven't seen anything like that from him. It's just using chemical as a scary word to push through whatever pseudoscience he wants to push (and make money off of).
He had a great lob into Golden's arm for something like 30-40 yards, I think the pass to Wingo had some depth to it as well. Ewers has been pretty decent on deep ball, not to mention the play you were bleeding about drew a 15 yd penalty.
I can agree with some of the concept here but think there needs to be a little bit of focus here. I live in California - it didn't vote as blue as I would have liked but it is still clearly blue. My city was largely blue. What would stopping my contribution to local food bank do? For one it's hurting the people that, at least in my community, are not responsible for our national government. In addition, their suffering is essentially invisible to those with money and power. They wouldn't care if there was starvation due to tariffs / inflation.
Women's health - I am more conflicted there. I don't think I'd be able to persuade my wife to stop PP donation if I tried. I get that white women need to experience some of the real impact that loss of reproductive freedom would have but again, white women aren't really why we have the national government we do.
Local help is still necessary and good. Voting for things like rural broadband (or shit, anything rural)? Fuck 'em. Lobbying for Gaza / supporting student encampments? Fuck 'em. Not sure what else withdrawing support would do to actually impact those who are responsible.
Also the group that he was referring to was just a group of nazis. There was no other side there. Trump's biggest superpower is he can spew random words and his supporters will just decide what he means. @Incredulityis totally lapping up the false narrative that Trump didn't call some nazis very fine people. If I rob a bank then later say I didn't rob a bank, it doesn't mean I'm not going to trial for robbery.
Shit, I think a single fucking example would do. I haven't seen one yet, just the usual "CR is too mean just because I can't vomit all over the place without being called out" bs.
Replying only because I suspect a significant number of posters have Ana on ignore, just an important reminder that it's not just @tx 3 putt who posts semi-random tweets that may or may not be bullshit. Always good to be a little suspicious about news we want to see.
