Random note: I'm happy to admit that I was wrong for being a bit down on the Lassiter pick. Apparently he's going to be a good outside corner sooner rather than later/never
1) If Blue struggles in pass pro, they could do the 2019 LSU thing and just send out five receiving targets on obvious passing downs (LSU would motion CEH out to the field next to the sideline and either a LB would follow him or a CB would be sacrificed on him). Quinn would need to be better managing pressure for this to work though
2) Texas is so loaded at WR and probably TE that 11 and 12 should be more than enough to get you to an elite offense
3) Blue ideally is running outside zone types of plays (he's excellent there), but there's a chance he's still more than fine on IZ/Duo/Counter. He wasn't particularly good as an inside runner as a prospect, but watching the video posted earlier in this thread of his carries throughout the season, he got better at it as the season went on, especially as he got more reps with the first team. He's also a threat to hit a home run on an inside run if a LB misses his gap/gets blocked or bouncing it outside
Has everyone forgotten about the backups playing about as much as the starters in the secondary? Unless there's a philosophical change with Nansen coming in, I don't' see why that would change, so why fret about who's technically the starters?
Serbia can still get a good shot on any given possession because of Jokic, and they might have had the US in trouble in the first matchup in group play had KD not gone nuclear
Mills went off in the first half of this game, but he'd been terrible in the previous three games. He also can't guard anyone on the US
And now Serbia is only down one point
Germany knocked off Greece as expected. They might be who we see in the finals
Australia is up on Serbia early, 33-17 right now. I think Australia would be a considerably easier game for the US, although the US obviously should beat either team
