  1. Get red ass cheeks and not many Reveille bites and you're golden.
  2. Yes, it appears he's put on a few pounds over the years.
  3. I was thinking more like one of those chicks (or dudes) who go on Tik Tok to rant about how they were once again misgendered by some random service person who dgaf.
  4. As someone else pointed out, Blake Corum has the same injury right around this same time of year and came back this season. His numbers may be down from last year but Michigan is also airing it out a bit more this season for whatever reason.
  5. Every time I see pics of corp turds I'm more convinced there's some kind of lab breeding program down in collie station. They look the same as they did 20, 30, 40, probably 84 years ago.
  6. I like the "rock star head coach" thing, and hope he has aggy insiders and didn't just make that up on his own. This means they definitely won't do the sensible thing and hire someone like Traylor or Lieopold.
  7. My mom would definitely know more than these talking heads trying to get clicks.
  8. This is spreading, and tbh making me question the validity of the latest news that Quinn is entertaining the idea of coming back.
  9. Pimped out Tahoe isn't quite an Aston Martin DBX 700, but still baller for a college kid.
  10. And also could be the X factor that makes deciding to come back much easier. I wasn't around at the time but I don't think even Chris Simms was cruising around Austin in an Aston Martin, and probably didnt have an apartment/condo quite to the level of what Quinn enjoys.
  11. Traylor is who I think they ultimately end up with, and that means they will stumblefuck backdoor into what I think would be a good hire and the best fit for the whole aggyness that comes along with the job. That doesn't mean he's going to overcome 84 years of culture holding them back, but still a solid coach they don't really deserve.
  12. My money is on Traylor being the guy. Texaggy.com initially melts down because it's not a big splash, bombastic hire...within a week they talk themselves into Traylor being the next Saban and have them rolling in trophies for years to come. Clickety clack...clickety clack.
  13. Yeah, had family with no ties to the area choose Buffalo Gap/Tuscola (hometown of Colt) for retirement. They have a really nice place on 12 acres.
  14. Wrong, it's in tiny Buffalo Gap south of Abilene..deffo not a shithole. Lots of nice houses with plenty of space between them, and a surprising number of large trees for west Texas. Abilene (the biggest town for 100 miles in any direction) definitely has a shitholish feel, I'll give you that
  15. Their steaks are pretty hard to top, but don't sleep on the burgers they have for lunch.
  16. I've been there many times, (used to have family in the area) great steaks and burgers...everything else kinda meh.
  17. There's no question if he declares he will be drafted based on potential and upside, but based on his body of work so far in CFB you know Quinn has to be asking himself how high he would be drafted coming out this year. If he comes back he will once again land on Heisman lists and have a chance to even win the thing if he improves just a little bit. Of course I don't know how Quinn or those around him think...as in I wouldn't put money on him coming back.
  18. Lol no. Everything I said was based on observations applied to logic. Freely available to anyone, no "insider knowledge" needed.
  19. Now there's a so-called expert (who isn't me and I don't know them personally) basically saying the same thing I was a few days ago, and all based on the same observations I made. Like I've always said, I think the chance of him coming back is small, but still a chance.
  20. Pre-NIL I'd say there's no way he doesn't declare after this season even though his two college seasons haven't gone the way he wanted. Oh, and it's not like his fam desperately needs the money and can't wait another year either. Not everyone in Southlake is wealthy, but the floor seems to be at least upper middle class in my experience.
  21. They will have to work their way down the list for sure, but don't take every one of those "no's" at face value...especially if aggy is desperate enough to meet any price, any demand. I don't know if a contract could possibly get more one sided than Jimbo's was, but by God those gomers won't be denied spending their money.
  22. If you're 50/50 then you're more optimistic he comes back than I am, (between leaving and not I'd be 80/20) which begs the question: why did you feel the need to tamp down my assertion that recent events made it much more likely Quinn comes back? Like most people before the season I thought '23 was it for him and Arch takes over next year, but some uneven performances plus missing games and dropping out of the Heisman convo combined with the number of high profile QB's (and some that became higher profile than Quinn) coming out this year Quinn and his camp may decide it's a better business decision to come back.
  23. Such as Longhornlove? Not touching this thread as of now lol. I still think there's a greater chance he declares than comes back, but the chance of coming back has risen as his draft stock has fallen. He was in everyone's Heisman watch list early in the season, now not even on those that go 20 deep. That could change with some great performances the next 2-3 games, but he won't be invited to NY with this much ground to catch up.
  24. Quoted for posterity Are they also the ones now indicating he may come back or is it 9.95'ers throwing shit on the wall to see what sticks?
  25. I thought Keilans injury was butthurt for lack of touches? Don't remember him on any wounded lists.
