  1. Best I could do on short notice
  2. Auburn's efforts to land Terry were led by....Kenyatta Watson Sr. HA. HA. HA.
  3. They convinced themselves that Smart eclipsed Saban, and when Saban retired, that their throne atop the conference was safe. Surprise, motherfuckers.
  4. Diego Pavia 2.0. He'll have lots of offers, but the fit would be specific. I'd not be surprised to see Notre Dame make a run at him, but that's probably the ceiling.
  5. Bobby watched him sign the paperwork after announcing, so it's just a matter of getting the 'ol fax machine fired up
  6. Brooks Austin is pretty great. It would be incredible to have a guy like that on our beat.
  7. Looks like they're trying to change that
  8. I think of a "big play threat" as a player who does this with regularity, or at least as a measurable percentage of their touches. Blue has the speed and potential to be that guy, but one or two a year doesn't scream "threat" to me. Gunnar Helm's long reception this year is 49 yards. Is he a big play threat?
  9. Yeah, I think it's safe to say that they see that, yeah
  10. He's not the same player, though. We'd always heard about Taafe as a player with "obvious physical limitations", exactly the same way they'd talk about Jerrin Thompson. But Taafe has gotten faster and stronger since last year and those physical limitations don't show up on film like they used to. It helps Taafe that we have better corners, but he's improved significantly.
  11. SIAP - Here's the burner we'll be after
  12. Texas Recruiting Notes 2026: We Drink Your Sweet Tea. We Drink It Up.
  13. Baby rhino is on the D'Onta Foreman development curve. He fits a need situationally right now, will get more carries next year (I think Blue transfers), and could break out in year three.
  14. Why? We are in a position to chase both depth and best available DTs in the portal. Best available will almost never have more than 1-2 years of eligibility and if we have the luxury of adding proven production as depth, why would we go outside of hs recruiting for developmental pieces? We're not loading up in hs, but we were in a similar spot last year and are currently allowing the fewest yards per play in the country. Keep stashing developmental high school prospects, land the best available in the portal, and let the chaff sift itself out. Rinse, repeat.
  15. Eleven Warriors absolutely demolish Ryan Day here while also convincing any future HC candidates that it's the worst job in the country. Truly incredible, FCB level stuff. On signing day, no less.
  16. There's a video and screenshot from 3 months ago making the rounds
