  1. Poster Rex is different than real life Rex. He went to TCU
  2. Correct. It irks me when they use the term “partner” when we brought the thesis and executed 95% of our first transaction. Goalposts move frequently.
  3. It's possible, but what we "should" get has lessened substantially since we changed capital partners and has me gruntled.
  4. I'm doing a roll up with a PE group focused on Residential services. I think they are going about it backwards but I'm aware PE wants bigger returns sooner.
  5. If you take the annuity option and hit say the $1M ticket, is it still spread over 30 years?
  6. Most of the time the balls bounce forward. If he's at the 5 IIRC and let's it go it most likely gets into the EZ.
  7. This has been driving me insane. Why they field anything inside the 10 is beyond me.
  8. What's relevant is that a person in his position is at a La Quinta in Magnolia.
  9. I thought the loss of Majors was huge. OU got pressure up the middle and the usually cohesive unit began to miss a lot of blocks.
  10. If I were QE I’d be looking to him option 1. Great hands. Fights for yards.
  11. Nuts were on the line. I’d much rather not get it on 4th than kick the FG and bend over for the lube job.
  12. Yup. Sark mismanaged that drive. Why come in hurry up?
  13. Not taking about the holding. That’s been going on for years. No TO. Few missed tackles and fought hard. They wanted it more.
  14. OU played clean and that was the difference. 3 TO Lost 2 starters and C was a problem all day after. 6-7 sacks.
  15. Apologies. For my penance I will post a shot of a bunch of hooch my buddy found at his office that he won’t give me a deal on.
  16. I’m betting that’s Fireball.
  17. You haven’t told us this story before. Please tell it again.
  18. Someone upthread mentioned learning to ignore things is a ninja level skill. My FIL is there as my MIL is a nagging, know it all wench that criticizes every move he makes. I certainly understand why he spends all day outside or on the boat. My wife even sees it. I'm 14 years into marriage and I have not reached that skill level.
  19. Sorry I missed the second question. Until we get to scale each will run on its own. Integration and implementation of things like Field Service Management platforms or accounting is often a difficult and costly undertaking.
  20. Yes, we always separated the 2 sides of the house between the Auto and Fire/Home side. Auto was constantly bailing out the Fire side.
