  1. The Jets are literally going to double their offensive touchdown total for the season against us, aren’t they?
  2. Damn that was a nice throw by Darnold there
  3. Wearing our bad-luck blues today. Shiiiiiiiit
  4. I still find it borderline miraculous Darnold recovered from Mono so quickly. If we lose this game Garrett should be fired on the spot. I know, that’s wishful thinking
  5. Pretty sure Orlando was asked about possibly running a 4-man front during a coordinator media availability last season and he said he would stick with a 3 man front and players just needed to stick to stick to their assignments
  6. Did he have playsheets in the West Virginia game?
  7. Maybe I’m overthinking it but a lot of the offensive series felt like 2017 playcalling all over again. About the only thing we were missing was the play where Sam rolls out to his left and all the routes go to the opposite side of the field.
  8. What kind of D did Ash run when he’s was DC at tOSU?
  9. I think if they somehow miss the playoffs, he’s gone. If they don’t win a playoff game he may be gone. Other potential openings like the Falcons or Texans could be tempting too if Riley really does have any NFL aspirations. Both of those teams have legit offensive weapons and aren’t complete rebuilds like Washington.
  10. I just wish the starting field position for overtimes was deeper so teams aren’t automatically in field goal range. Maybe start at midfield
  11. It probably depends on the situation/job. He may be tempted by the Cowboys but there’s no way in hell he’d leave OU for the Redskins.
  12. Is King from UH gonna transfer after redshirting this year? He’d be a prime candidate
  13. If that’s the case you can almost tell which ones are Herman calls vs Beck calls
  14. Who is actually calling plays? Is it supposed to be “playcalling by committee”?
  15. Feels like I’m watching our 2017 offense here
  16. Targeting ejections are so stupid. A penalty is one thing but ejections are too much
  17. Should’ve stayed in the endzone instead of running it out. Great pick though
  18. r/the_darnold must be thrilled
  19. Or maybe he wants to prove that his system will work in the NFL. Most, if not all, coaches are egotistical. There’s definitely an allure to being able to prove yourself at the highest possible level. Whether he ultimately does is beyond what any of us know, but it’s definitely possible
  20. Only way Tomlin is even a possibility is if he gets fired from the Steelers. He sure as hell wouldn't willingly leave the Steelers to join the shitshow in Washington
  21. IMO if we don't win a playoff game, Garrett is gone and Jerry will hire Lincoln Riley to try to recreate the McVay effect. I don't see any way Garrett comes back if we don't win a playoff game.....but this is Jerry Jones we're talking about and Garrett is still here after only managing to win 2 playoff games so who knows
  22. Garrett has been our head coach for what, 9 years? All but 4 coaches in the Super Bowl era (John Madden, Chuck Noll, Tom Landry, and Bill Cowher) have won their 1st ring within their first 5 years with their team. I think it’s safe to say Jason Garrett isn’t on the same level as those 4 guys. It’s time to cut bait
  23. Garrett should’ve punted his challenge flag and called the ref a cracker
  24. It’s almost like he forgot their big wins are against Texas State, Lamar, and Arkansas. Aggy logic
