  1. You're talking about bukkake, right?
  2. I believe it is the affinity for gifs of getting a load of choad in the mouth that gives it away.
  3. Completely believable. The rankings are a trailing trend. I looked at 5-star rankings a few years ago when someone noted that Texas didn't seem to have as many of them anymore. Texas and California regularly had between a quarter and a third of all 5-stars during the 2000s. (I think I only looked at Rivals as they were the only service that went back that far.) Then by 2011 with Mack failing and Carroll back in the NFL, the number of 5-stars suddenly dropped and now the two states usually don't even hit 20% of the 5-stars. It was almost like magic how the two most populous states stopped producing as many top HS football players and the Deep South magically rose up to fill the gap. I had intended to look down through their Top 250 as the sample size for 5-stars is too small.
  4. They're all buff milkman on the other side of the glory hole.
  5. I hope someone tweeted back that it was 3 JAGs Turner recruited and 4 guys recruited by Sherman.
  6. Obviously should have considered swallowing.
  7. I wonder how long it will take him to understand how the TexAgs ranking actually work.
  8. The NCAA isn't some organization put on top of the universities by some outside power. It is an organization of their own creation. The fact that it sucks is at least in small part Texas's fault. Mizzou is part of the organization so if they want to bitch about their penalties they can also look in the mirror. The organization sucks in part because its membership doesn't want to harm itself with penalties. Mizzou's ban affects the rest of the SEC and the SEC's bowl partners. I am sure schools in the other conferences are just as squeamish about this, which is why we see the standards for punishment rise and fall like the tides. With Penn State, Baylor and UNC issues the pendulum has swung back towards harsher punishment and Baylor looks to be the only one of the three in line for the potentially harsher punishment. (Pretty convenient, no?!) The other issue that plagues the NCAA is the lack of subpoena power. Players are generally the only ones under scrutiny because the NCAA can dole out punishment knowing that few NCAA athletes have the means to lawyer up. When they do, penalties magically disappear. The Universities will never give up the power to govern themselves to some government agency that could compel testimony and evidence, so the NCAA sucks at enforcement largely by design.
  9. Here was the list from earlier with the names marked out. A lot of those no-shows weren't on this original list.
  10. Thanks. At least he has been in the program for a year. He may be short, but he looked pretty stout as a senior. If we needed him, I would hope it would only be in limited duty and not 20 carries a game!
  11. More a joke on the meme. If we could get two grad transfers one would likely have to a Tristan Houston-like take of a guy who hasn't seen the field much. I doubt a quality G5 guy would take the chance of being 2nd or 3rd fiddle. Did any of our stellar PWOs come in with any RB skills?
  12. Meh has mastered the Hank Scorpio Path to Success.
  13. 4 ACC players (Counting ND) 3 SEC 2 Big 10 2 Big 12 1 AAC 1 CUSA 0 Pac 12 Want to know where the recruiting services' bread is buttered?
  14. Ain't nobody gonna go to the hospital for rubbin' one out.
  15. Yeah, the fact that the correlations are keyed to all teams rather than a correlation based on how those positions performed at each school means there is a potential for wide variation. Connelly claims his number account for things like returning DB tackles, #2 and #3 WR, and QB, but how could it do that effectively for any given team when all teams share the same position correlations? If Team 1 throws the ball around evenly to six guys and loses their #1, how is that comparable to a team that threw to their departing #1 60% of the time? How does his system account for a team like Georgia Tech? They will get dinged more if they change all their WRs rather than RBs. I bet their performance is affected less by changing WRs, which Connelly says is more important overall. You note Locke, but Hager is another guy whose output could actually be worse than the guys behind him. Losing Wheeler is probably more harmful because we also lose Johnson, but in a vacuum just losing Wheeler might not be a bad thing. On offense, losing Watson could hurt, but it ignores the fact that Watson was a grad transfer (as was Anderson), so what if we get another one this summer? It also can't full account for the fact that Ingram would have likely been our leading rusher if he weren't hurt.
  16. Are you going to make another avatar wager with CTJ on this?
  17. Queue up the Dueling Banjos. #PurtyMouthPatrol
  18. Looks like 247 is already going to have readjust their Top 50 transfer rankings...
  19. I am guessing Proctor was a nobody when he signed with Virginia as he didn't make the list but a big name bust like Richmond did.
  20. And yet they have fully mastered the art of fauxmentum. Don't you know that most of the 4 and 5 star players in the 2020 class are CBed to aggy?
  21. I think the transfer portal will help with some of the variability in OL development. Let a second tier program help find and polish the diamonds in the rough and then you grab them after their quality is known. If Sheppard were to come here and flame out, the better move is probably going to be filling that spot with a grad transfer of known quality than on a HS senior, especially a guy who is the #5 pick for the class (if Sheppard is even a factor in that decision). I hope Texas leverages its high visibility to great success on the transfer market, especially at positions where there is a high bust rate.
  22. I would add that those voted on awards are also very much skewed to PR and overall team quality than to actual play. Being a highly-recruited guy is more likely to get you on an All-Conference list than a nobody with similar or sometime even better play. I would like to see what sort of rating he got from PFF. I know they aren't perfect either, but seeing how they have him stacked up nationally might be useful data.
