It has a water pan? But I think what you're asking would be best answered by saying it will fit a sheet pan, and shelves easily can be removed to accommodate taller pans. I'm still playing with dial temperature vs thermostat temperature. But it exceeded expectations on the super bowl of cooking.
Thanksgiving MVP goes to our new warming oven. Not having to time everything and getting to sit outside and feed the smoker while drinking bloody Marys is the only way I want to do Thanksgiving from now on. Yeah, I should have washed the racks so it didn't fill our garage full of smoke. But it worked itself out.
My smoker doesn't sit perfectly level on my deck, and I had butter sizzling in the bottom near the fire box (the drain is on the other end). No plywood to be found, so I improvised. Need to remember to put the drain bucket of butter up before the dogs are left out here unsupervised.
Lastly, cross-posted from the Turkey thread: I once described "sage" as the smell of Thanksgiving. And some marvelous Shaggy poster responded, "Yeah, combined with the smell of Lysol and shit, that's about right."
It was perfect. I had no response.
Reliable, local small-appliance repair isn't as prevelant as it once was. And this is one of those things I don't want to mess with.
Also, that Ooni Dough kneeding machine looks amazing, but not going to grab one at the current price. The KA Mixer does well enough and I can hand kneed if I have to.
Roux, veggies, and spices for Turkey Gumbo for Friday. And DCBC the 3rd eyeballing spices for the Mac and Cheese. I'm done (until 5:30 a.m tomorrow). I'm spent. Cracking a cold one and taking on advisory role on the M&C.
I don't want any good Tex Mex restaurant to know about locally-sourced ingredients or farmers' markets. Truck that shit in. If you want to make your tortillas on sight, bona fortuna. But Tex Mex ain't fancy feast.
Off topic, but I once described "Sage" as the smell of Thanksgiving. And some marvelous Shaggy poster responded, "Yeah, combined with the smell of Lysol and shit, that's about right."

I worked some dough a bit hard with ours for a bit and noticed some grease leaking at the seam and looked it up. Yes, service involves replacing plastic gears that get worn out and regreasing. Not the worst DIY by the looks of it (you can buy kits), but really more grease than I want to deal with on a Saturday. Still haven't done ours and it keeps humming along.
I honestly did not know this existed. I've been stocking up on Kerry gold (one box per week) since early October. Makes the Thanksgiving butter buy a little less painful.
