I swear some of you blacked out the Georgia game and it shows. Sure Arch looked all world playing some shit competition, but anyone can do that.
I'm excited for the Arch generation and all, but some of you need to taper some expectations
I tend to agree he needs an OC , someone he can leverage to play call while he focuses on the big picture, improve scheme, and be a potential successor down the line.
If you don't have those things you don't have an OC
I just don't see this as an even remote possibility , I think its higher probability that Ewers would come back to teach Arch the ropes than this and I see this as near 0.
I get that a lot of people are down on Sark for some poor play calling at moments, and deservedly so. But he's also shown (imo) that he understands how to build a program and is going to leverage the shit out of having a Manning at QB and he can't do that with him on the bench.
Texas literally racked up more playoff wins this year than OU has done in all of its trips combined , in fact OU has the same number of playoff wins as Arkansas and A&M :
Texas : 2-2
OU : 0-4
I'm not sure they are officially calculated as fumbles, but i seem to recall him losing the ball off to the sideline many times as well during the regular season
that said i wish him the best of luck, he played well when it was most needed
Thanks for everything Quinn, you played well enough against a junior NFL team to keep us in the game and we're some shit play calling at the end of the line away from a potential W
I think Miami is a fantastic situation , ACC defenses are much worse. Look at what McCord did this year at freaking Syracuse .
I thought with all the transfer rumors Ewers would be targeted there, i guess they got impatient
