I guess my mindset when it comes to Gilbeaux (And idk maybe its coaching) but even when Taaffe and McDonald were playing Gilbeaux was still giving up plays and doesn't seem to have situational awareness. I'm not saying the Secondary is in this shape because of him, but he seems to have a knack for giving up the 3rd and 5-7 yard plays for the first and playing the corner position likes he still at star (always giving up the inside in coverage but is physical and play the run and tackles well). Plus, you're a three-year letterman with starter experience. If you still need a Safety to get you lined up or put you in position you shouldn't be on the field.
D. Williams I think needs some time to get back acclimated but provides great depth. He was good last year in the limited time we seen him.
Filsaime I agree, but I chalk that up to experience.
Manny started off the year strong but has definitely given up some plays, but overall he's solid. When you play aggressive at Corner you win some and lose some.
Littleton has done more than I think anyone can ask for, yes he gets beat every now and then, but with more experience he's a star in the making
