  1. From what I can tell OSU just needs to drop either of the remaining 2 games for OU to make the Championship. They hold the first tiebreaker over KSU (record vs. the #1 seed) & everyone else would have 3 losses.
  2. The only thing you'd be allowed to kiss would be our taint when we're finished tea-bagging your sorry ass. Enjoy irrelevance with your bitch-made pussy of a coach & his 5* culture of gambling degenerates.
  3. Man, they went from "don't need them we have new friends" to the war cry we've heard from every little brother this year "as long as you beat them everything else is fine" in the blink of an eye.
  4. No reason to believe it's rushed considering how long they held him out last year. His dad isn't going to let them do anything that may jeopardize his NFL draft status.
  5. After seeing what TCU did to Gabriel last year when he slid, I think I'd prefer Quinn to just not run this week unless the game is closer than it should be in the 4th. It'll be interesting to see who comes off the bench first if the game is a blowout. Since MM has had plenty of gametime experience do we get to see Arch?
  6. Considering what he did after being out for 3-3/4 weeks last year, I'm not too concerned with rust.
  7. We'll have to agree to disagree on this. I don't see the CFPC letting UM or PSU in having only played 2 good opponents all year & losing one of them & I think OSU would be on thin ice & it may be a beauty contest between 1 loss OSU/UT &/or UO or UW. I hope it happens so we'll see.
  8. I could see OSU getting in because of their resume but UM & PSU have played nobody & the Harbaugh scandal would just be an added weight around their neck. I don't see either of those 2 teams getting in ahead of a 1 loss Texas or Oregon/Washington. OSU may because of their win vs. ND but the committee may not forgive their lack of ranked wins combined with the late loss.
  9. The committee isn't going to put a non-conference champion in over Texas if we win the Big 12 and are sitting at 12-1. There's only going to be 1 team per conference in the CFP this year but, like many people were screaming about from the moment it was announced, when there are only 4 spots for 5 power conferences someone is bound to be left out if every conference has a viable option. There's still plenty of ball to play but we need to win out (preferably more convincingly than we have been winning) &: FSU to lose any game or The Pac 12 champion to have a loss or The Big 10 champion to have a loss. Any of those things happening would give the committee all it needs to move UT to 4th. The only question would be Oregon winning out. They'd have good wins @ Utah, Pac 12 championship vs. UW (avenging their only loss), & OSU. I don't know what the committee does with that compared to us winning @ Bama, vs. KU, vs. KSU, & the Big 12 championship undefeated or 1 loss SEC champion is in (UGA/Bama). The only scenario I could see the SEC being left out is if either UGA or Bama is a 2 loss SEC champion which seems highly unlikely. Bama would have to lose to Auburn & then beat UGA. UGA would have to drop 2 of 3 between Tenn., OM, GT, & then beat Bama.
  10. By all means, let's spend the next 2-3 pages dissecting everything that went wrong since that hasn't been done yet
  11. That's because USC lost the PAC12 championship. Had USC beaten Utah TCU would have dropped out of the CFP & USC would have been 3rd. They wanted to avoid a OSU/UM rematch in the semifinal so everything was going to stay put once USC lost
  12. Rushing the field doesn't look as cool when you're at midfield after 2 steps. Also, Fuck OU. Also, also, Fuck OSU.. but fuck OU more.
  13. Yeah, amazing what happens when you're up against the gauntlet of defenses like, checks notes, Tennessee & LSU. The guy is good enough for a Bama team that only needs good enough to win most games. If he wasn't an elite runner he wouldn't be a QB. Oh, well this settles it then. There's no way those stats aren't comprehensive & show the complete, unadulterated picture of how good a QB is.
  14. Milroe's running is a necessity because he's a liability throwing the ball into a secondary that is inviting him to throw. His running ability changes everything about the Bama offense & what a defense has the ability to do. His passing numbers are still pretty meh, if not downright bad. He's being asked to throw the ball 22-25 times a game, complete 60% of them, & not throw any INTs. He's surpassed 250 yards twice (us & a&m) & even counting MTSU has a 13/5 TD/INT ratio for the year. If it wasn't for the fact that he's a thoroughbred while running & can hit the occasional deep ball he'd have changed positions by now. MM can't do that. He won't even take the 5-6 yards staring him in the face when everyone is covered. When there's no threat of a QB run the defense has a lot more flexibility in blitzing & coverage & the QB has to be a lot quicker in his reads, make the correct read more often, & be very accurate when he pulls the trigger. MM struggles with ALL of that & that fact won't change anytime soon so unless he starts picking up some first downs with his legs when the defense gives it to him he's going to have a hard time being successful. As for Milroe, when Bama plays a decent defense again (UGA?) I expect Milroe's performance to mirror what he did against us which was good enough to get him benched the next game.
  15. Urban Meyer is a college football HOF coach that may come back to a blue blood or blue blood-lite that's ready to win a NC in the next 2-3 years. Honestly, after the NFL debacle, I'm not sure he's got the interest to come back at all, but he's not coming back to spend his time rebuilding a dumpster fire in fucking college station.
  16. Well, there you go. If all it takes is running zone to wreck our offense w/ MM then we're fucked unless Ewers really is available this week. I just don't see Sark pulling MM until it's too late.
  17. MM looked like a completely different QB after that first interception. I don't know if KSU changed something on the defensive side to help contribute to that but he looked serviceable until that first INT & then he looked like complete garbage afterwards.
