  1. Some of you should do a better job realizing when you’re ignorant towards a certain subject and just shut the fuck up about it. Some of the post in here are flat out embarrassing.
  2. Teams don’t tend to challenge Manny often so the opposite corner is going to see a lot of work. Gilbeau is average at best, and whoever is asking for Black, he has been worse IMO and looks even slower. Roberson can’t stop committing stupid penalties, Mack is a nickel, and I don’t even think Wilson is on the depth chart at this point. If Littleton can play CB not sure why we haven’t tried moving him over and putting Mack at nickel. The secondary as a whole seems to lack speed, just like the offense does.
  3. I’m going to hope Duke’s perimeter D is on another level and our wing players will play better going forward.
  4. Seems like his career in Indy ended when he dropped the ball before going into the end zone. Now he is being sent to NFL purgatory.
  5. What a soft ass call.
  6. It doesn’t appear that we have a scorer on the wing. V needs to establish a simple jump hook in the post, keep it simple.
  7. Reading this thread you’d think we were already down 20. I flip on the game and we are down 2 points.
  8. I think Sark has realized he has no more room to experiment and try to force experience of his offense on this team. I was afraid he was going to revert back when WRs started dropping like flies Saturday but he didn’t. Barring a major injury issue I think this is the offense for the rest of the season. And then we start all over again next year.
  9. I hope Jelani comes back and Williams returns to his pre-injury form. I think that is a solid starting duo. The jury is out on Filsaime for me. Right now he is just another guy out there. There is some youth in Hicks and Jonah that could maybe step up as well. But I do think we should fine another veteran safety. I believe we are replacing both CBs next year. I’m concerned no one has been able to take the job from Gilbeau and there is a notable drop off when Manny doesn’t play. If Littleton is moved to corner I’m guessing Mack takes over at nickel. So Black, Roberson, Phillips and whoever else fights for the other spot. I think another corner is needed as well. Just realized I haven’t mentioned JJR or Wilson and I’m not sure where either fits in the puzzle. Also I expect some attrition. Also the team as a whole could use some speed added on both sides of the ball.
  10. We are going to need to be in the market for some secondary players.
  11. I’m not sure why some of you are basing your opinions on how the AP has ranked thus far when their poll doesn’t mean shit.
  12. Holy fucking shit. But I’ll take it.
  13. This secondary desperately needs both starting safeties back.
  14. Yea Pavia hooked and tried to toss him.
  15. Running out of bodies at WR and Safety. Gotta survive this game and get to the bye week.
  16. Sark dialed up a touchdown on the very first play. Our non aggressive OL was the reason we didn’t score.
  17. Dude is 24 years old grown ass man that sued to come back to school to play against a bunch of kids and then try and shit talk them about winning an award he isn’t even good enough for at his age. If he was half as good as he believes himself to be he would have been off to the NFL already. I expect to see a lot of hero ball from him on Saturday.
  18. If drinking got him to the point he could elevate this program from the bottom of college football to being the only school with the chance to make the playoffs 3 straight years(not likely) then have your drink Sark. After the success of the last couple years this team was going to eventually take a step back. I think everyone’s expectations of Arch blew expectations through the roof but he isn’t what we thought he’d be and that is exacerbated by how bad the OL is. Most of that does land at Sark’s feet but not all of it. If the playoffs every year are the expectation some of you have for Sark or any coach with the upcoming schedules then be prepared to be severely disappointed. Just because some of you think this team would be a lot better based on what you believe did or didn’t happen in the offseason doesn’t make it true.
  19. Nicole’s made up information from “sources” are just her own conjecture from reading articles and message board post.
  20. It would make no sense for him to take a reduced buyout that could still be revised if he gets another job. Any agent that would agree to that shouldn’t have their job.
  21. Well now we’d also have to combat how much longer Sark will coach here after the rumors from this weekend. But we should give Lamar Brown whatever he wants and tells him he has the chance to come in and compete for a starting spot immediately.
  22. With all the coaches being fired we should be able to put together an average OL for next season through the transfer portal.
  23. It was time for Mack to go but afterwards we were basically bottom feeders in the college football landscape for a decade plus. Outside of his first season Sark hasn’t given us 5-7 seasons, in fact I can’t recall a game we’ve been blown out/dominated since that Arkansas game. All I’m saying is it isn’t a given anyone comes in and makes us immediately better. Based on where we are currently with the current roster I feel it’s a bit premature to be calling for Sark’s dismissal.
  24. This group collectively plays like a bunch of pussies that would rather not have to make contact with a defender if they don’t have to. If you are going to recruit large human beings because that is your preference at least make sure they are the mean type that wants to destroy defenders. You can normally find our OL backpedaling until they are pushed on their ass.
  25. 4th Q yesterday Sark simplified the offense which allowed him to sling it without having to process what was happening. Now we can argue that is the offense we should primarily run but that isn’t Sarks preference for better or worse. Arch needs to prove it himself in film study. That is where he is lacking. I don’t think it is a confidence issue. Case McCoy was limited athletically and as a football player, but he knew how to read a defense and where the ball should go. Arch will be a much better player if he dedicates himself to that aspect of the game.
