  1. The intro here is absurd. Just state your opinion. This is not the Senate Foreign Affairs Chairman reacting to an invasion of Iceland or something. But it's not as stupid as the title: "Billy Liucci reacts to Saban's 'ridiculous' accusations against A&M By Billy Liucci" Just knuckleheaded ridiculousness and rampant ego all around.
  2. So was Octavion, but even as a rookie he had a higher understanding of the game and was able to make Rome the dominant team of his era. Coach-on-the-field type who made everyone around him better.
  3. Is the two hours per week a limit on players or coaches? In other words, can Flood coach individual players for two hours over several sessions or is Flood himself limited to two hours?
  4. Vacillate? Connor’s not out there dithering around and debating himself on the pros and cons of where he should play. These guys should not try to use GRE words.
  5. Hear, hear! We gentlemen of Surly are legion and we have numerous gentlemen’s clubs throughout the land to prove it.
  6. What if--hear me out now--what if the smoke about USC and Alabama was just cover for Texas?
  7. "Visit experiences." "A bit more." Recruiting has more code words than politics.
  8. Magic had a great game, going 14 for 23 and 14/14 on free throws, but they don't win without Silk going off. Wilkes had 37 points and 10 rebounds. Next was Cooper with 16. Nixon only had 4 points. Lakers shot 94% on free throws. I think they shorted Wilkes in the show. Laker minutes: Magic 47 Chone 43 Wilkes 42 Nixon 40 Cooper 39 Landsberger 19 Holland 9 Byrnes 1 For the Sixers, Cheeks played 40 and Dr. J played 39. After that it was Dawkins at 31 and a bunch of players in the low to mid 20s.
  9. Yeah, in the photo like two frat dudes who are 5'10" and 6'1" but the short one is 6'4" and 300 lbs while the tall one is 6'7".
  10. That thought has occurred to me as well. Probably not Bijan, but with NFL teams looking to later rounds to get a RB, it wouldn't be ridiculous for a guy with a draft grade to stay in school for another year for more NIL money. As noted, the wear and tear would be slightly less. Hell, if I was a stud RB, I might cash out after college. With 8 figures in the bank and no further chance of injury or brain damage, I'd call it good. Of course, that kind of thinking would probably lead me to not being a stud RB.
  11. If I had to blindly list that order, the only thing I'd have wrong is DBs and WRs swapped. This seems to fit both size of units and the assumed psychology of the players in these positions.
  12. I'm guessing we have no shot here but will recruit him like we do because there's a chance he could be induced into the portal at some point. It'll be interesting to watch how much time the coaches spend on relationship building with recruits who won't initially come to Texas.
  13. That was one of the Texas archivists at the Briscoe Center.
  14. So one way of looking at this is we let Washington go because of Hall and we might have Hall land somewhere else if Addison comes here. Now, what about a fucking linebacker or DE? Am I doing this right?
