Oh fuck off, you "both sides" troll. Trump purposefully attempted to stoke a blood bath to keep power in 2020. Any remarks made by him about that should be taken seriously. As far as I know, President Biden has never eaten another human.

The US just loves tripping all over their own dick. Not like Saudi Arabia has any elections at all. Who the fuck are we to dictate how other nations rule themselves? I don't give a single flying fuck. Hypocritical dumbfucks all around.

Cancel culture is strong with this one. He wants to cancel all foreign policy and return to an American policy of Lord of the Flies by other countries is OK by me - so long as it’s not my country doing foreign policy junk.   Cool brah.

Who are we to encourage democracy, to request that genital mutilation end, to promote religious toleration, to demand other countries enact/adhere to policies for the sustainability of international fishing, or to interfere with those other countries God-given  to perform genocide and junk…?

Is your solution to let other countries have foreign policies that favor their individual countries’ interests - but we are not to do that?

    Inquiring minds at all.

She is trying to start the prophesied End Times war between Israel and Mexico.  See the Biblical Prophet Billy-Bob speaking of the Jew-Messican war in the Book of Hurr-Durr, a canonical Cowboy Church chapter following Revelation that somehow missed Nicaea.

Is retweeting something treated the same as saying it yourself? Considering that jurors have already been seated, that could be interpreted as threatening to them, I would think.

I would think so. By reposting it he is adopting the content as a view he also endorses.  In his 10 billion posts you seldom see him posting things that he does not agree with.

See defamation as an example.  If I make some false negative things up about Twice, even though you don’t know if it’s true, if you pass on what I said, you can be sued for defamation. You have published it just as if it were the first time - even though it was not your idea and you just passed on juicy gossip.

By someone repeating the thing that is read or heard, they are vouching for the validity of the content.  Not an exact fit, but an analogy.

Yep that's it.  Not huge considering all the nonsense the guy spews and retweets, but the way that reads and implies is threatening.  Though I have no doubt absolutely nothing will come of it.

The gag order that was entered specifically said he could not make comments about jurors or potential jurors.  some of his violations were dicey because the gag order was not explicit enough and was vague on the issue involved  this ain’t that.

I’m sure he will be hit by some monetary sanction. That’s so small it is not a punishment, but the way contempt sanctions work is they start off slow and then increase in severity.

A political group with ties to former Speaker Kevin McCarthy is going on air against some of the Republicans who ousted him from leadership.

The American Prosperity Alliance, a nonprofit which does not have to disclose its donors, is running an immigration-focused TV ad in several districts, including those held by Reps. Bob Good (R-Va.), Eli Crane (R-Ariz.) and Nancy Mace (R-S.C.), where members deposed McCarthy last year.

Brian O. Walsh, a longtime McCarthy ally, is a senior adviser to the group. Walsh is spearheading an effort funded by McCarthy allies to defeat the eight House Republicans who joined with Democrats to boot him from the speakership. Some of those members have already announced they plan to retire. Good, Crane and Mace are among the top targets seeking reelection.

One version of the 30-second TV spotfrom the American Prosperity Alliance hits Crane for voting "against funding our border security" and opposing money for border agents, ICE and a border wall. It urges constituents to call their representative to urge him to change course.

Good has a primary challenge from state Sen. John McGuire in his Virginia district. In South Carolina, Mace will go up against Catherine Templeton, a former gubernatorial candidate. And Crane, the lone freshman to vote against McCarthy, will face former Yavapai County Supervisor Jack Smith in Arizona. All three have been elected with significant support from groups that McCarthy helped fund, including the Congressional Leadership Fund and the House GOP campaign arm.

This is likely an opening salvo for McCarthy allies. The seven-figure buy will run in 12 districts total, but only some will see TV advertising and other will get only digital ads. The full list includes seats held by Reps. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) and Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) — all of whom also voted out McCarthy — and Reps. Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio), Jared Golden (D-Maine), Gabe Vasquez (D-N.M.), Matt Cartwright (D-Pa.), Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) and Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-Wash.).

So far in the second half of April, the American Prosperity Alliance has spent nearly $330,000 against Mace, nearly $160,000 against Good, roughly $218,000 against Crane and $150,000 against Kaptur, according to data from AdImpact, a media tracking firm.

. . . and just like that, one third of the country now believes criminal defense lawyers get unlimited juror strikes.

He was promised unlimited strikes. The best strikes, perfect strikes, really.

Which makes sense, as any criminal defendant should be able to strike every juror from now until infinity, so the defendant won’t have to participate in any witch-hunt trials.

On trial for his political life and facing possible incarceration, Trump fell asleep multiple times laying his throat jowls upon his SOFT BILLOWY chest.  And Mike Lindell didn’t seize upon the marketing opportunity for his new line of neck pillows?

“ and now at My Pillow, check out our newest product, the ‘Jowl Jewel’!  An improved version of the famous airplane pillow, the Jowl Jewel provides much needed support to the contours of your neck, keeping your head upright, even when dozing!  Upon landing, nobody will notice layers of drool and pieces of airline snacks hidden in your jowls, a must for those “gotcha” interviews!”

I guess Trump only has one thing in common with Uncle Slaton, well two, he's cool with amphetamines.

Gentlemen: we have only seven likes between us.  I’ve been sad all day.

And then I realized we could develop a sativa strain of marijuana and call it “Blue Duck - Will Fuck U Up” - and be sitting on the beach earning 20% after sales take off….

We call our indica, “The Ledge”.

”Being on The Ledge is always better!”

I need to work out some trademark things with Brisket.

  11. Just a moment to reflect that today sleepy Joe was in Pennsylvania, a swing state, hammering Trump on his tax breaks to the wealthy.

Drowsy Don is sitting in his criminal trial going nowhere, meeting with nobody, and only addressing his victimization involving the “I can’t be a criminal without consequences“ problem.    The mere fact that everyone is joking about Trump falling asleep two days in a row in his trial really helps diffuse the sleepy joe allegations.

Seriously, I've always assumed that he has people protecting him from seeing anything negative about him online or elsewhere, like the episode of South Park where Butters goes crazy after being forced to protect Cartman from online negativity against him.

I can’t find the link now, but there was one live blog that said a juror had posted some joke about “the GOP expected to pick up 70 seats… In prison. “

The judge denied the for cause objection.  lol

Speculating... do you think he'll try to sell more of his shares at once, or a portion at a time? Selling shares just send share prices down even further.

What part of the dump part of ‘pump and dump’ is confusing?

if I had a crystal ball, I would say he sells them all at once, after first telling everyone that his stock is a good long-term play.   And then he immediately sells whatever number of shares he has for whatever it will bring, and makes a shit ton of money off of the yokels.

I predict he will say he did it because he was concerned about all the people sending him small donations, and he wanted to be sure he could pay for his defense himself…… and then stating it was still not enough money and he sure could use another five dollars.
