  1. I don’t think it’s anywhere near certain that we beat out 10-2 Miami for the last at-large, if it comes to that. Then it’s SEC 5th bid (assuming OU or Bama lose) vs ACC 2nd bid. SMU winning the ACC likely helps Miami’s case, too. Louisville pantsing UK also. Our performance last night gives us an argument, but it ain’t a slam dunk.
  2. It does suck to root for Ohio State.
  3. We need at minimum, Michigan to lose, and either OU/Bama to lose. Plus BYU can’t win the Big 12. If those happen, we’re at least in a beauty contest with Miami, BYU, Vandy. It’s a long shot, but at least we’re in the conversation still.
  4. There it is
  5. Obviously incomplete. Come on
  6. Missouri dipshits
  7. Guess they didn’t adjust after the first kick was almost blocked
  8. Can Pribula throw a football?
  9. Can’t say I’ve ever seen that happen to one team back to back.
  10. Yes, that would satisfy my hope for pain.
  11. I just mean I hope they lose in the CFP in painful fashion. Blowing a lead, coaching fuckup, etc.
  12. I always hold out hope for any scenarios that benefit us, if for no other reason than to give me more rooting interests each Saturday. But while the SEC has a good chance to get five teams in as things stand, Texas getting the nod as that fifth team is very questionable with the blowout loss to UGA. Even if we got back to fifth in the SEC pecking order by winning out and OU and Vandy losing, we’d still have to contend with a single extra at-large bid from the ACC, B1G, or Big 12. Potential two-loss teams Miami, GT, USC/Oregon, Michigan, BYU/Tech, and even Utah would have an argument over 9-3 Texas. At this point I just want A&M and OU to be eliminated in as agonizing fashion as possible.
  13. Excellent, as expected, through eps 1 and 2. Excited to continue. Have to admire how Burns’ format and style is still so effective after so many years and projects. When I hear that narration from Peter Coyote, I’m locked in.
  14. I’m not a Stones expert but is this Ronnie Wood I saw at the UT hoops game yesterday?
  15. Think they wanted offside for Simmons’ jump but he timed it just right
  16. Sitting at home while Aggy, OU, and Tech are in the CFP is going to be fun
  17. Fuck you Bama you dumb fucks
  18. Funnily enough if it ends up a four way tie at 7-1, that result could be the difference between us at 1st vs 4th. Aggies don’t make it in that scenario either so wouldn’t bother me all that much.
  19. H2H wouldn’t apply in a tie between Texas, UGA, and A&M because UGA and A&M didn’t play. Yes it’s silly when one team is 2-0 against the others but whatever tiebreaker is used has to be applied with all tied teams to narrow the tie and start again at the top. It would go to record against common opponents, where the Florida loss would knock us out. https://bball.notnothing.net/bracket_cloud.php?conf=secfb
