Occasional crowd shots on morning SportsCenter. Also they aired a chunk of Herbie's walk around with Sam. I won't spoil it but he has a solid STFU answer for people who question his passing ability.
If it's OK with @BigOrange1, we can take entries all the way up to Sunday morning. I doubt a lot of people will risk their pick of Chicago/Green Bay on Thursday
They stopped doing this a few years ago. Most campuses need that space before a night game. Stage breakdown begins immediately after the show, takes a few hours to clear everything but the area can be opened pretty quickly
Maybe too soft/slow for some, but I love everything Black Belt Eagle Scout has put out. Saddle Creek Records which I think was founded by Bright Eyes years ago. New album out today...
They won't pass up a chance for Austin with a huge opponent, which never happens as we know. They won't pass up Syracuse given the many ESPN connections up there (the AD came from ESPN programming a few years back). Then they get Notre Dame at Georgia on 9/21.
But UCF will be aggrieved that they bypass their big Stanford game on the 14th
Yeah, this is horrible management behavior, but it's also a great example of the collateral damage that can result from such a massive tragedy. Like I'm sure a lot of people will never eat at Subway again regardless of the chain's behavior or quality post-Jared. And if Beau Vine is a POS, which I kind of doubt, then that applicant is better off not working there.
I can actually understand his sentiment more than the tOSU and Pitt fans trying to propagate anti-PSU threads on a Texas board year after year. So many links to the derpiest of PSU boards, or toothless "scandals" like the one to start this thread.
But since we're here, I think PSU loses at least 3 games this year, and Franklin will skate into a lower pressure job rather than keep treading water as the 3rd-5th best team in the league.
Bryce's son finally arrived and he's back with the team tonight. Krew Aron Harper - is it possible to be a douche as a newborn? The other babies in maternity ward probably already hate him
Can someone explain the Taco Tuesday move, or do I even want to know. I spend more time reading this thread than watching the show, but it's getting to the time of year where I actually follow it, especially if there are some girls left and the main douche has been evicted
My story is lame and yes I'm a lame newbie fan, but the Manchester City 2011 title run was actually covered somewhat by ESPN and as a Philly guy, I can relate to a fan base that really cares but suffers for decades. So I was happy for City that year and since have realized that they are simply fun to watch. They don't dive or play dirty, they certainly don't park the bus.
I admit I can't make myself care all that much when they lose. I'm sure they have garbage local fans and I know they're owned by a Middle East monarch so that's not as easy to brush off as a US slimy car dealer type. I've read about the salary accusations and to me it comes off like SEC teams bitching at each other (also why is this not better regulated?).
Bottom line, the quality of play in EPL is outstanding and the commercial free broadcasts are a great way to start weekend mornings. It's fun to have a team to root for and I don't blame anyone for picking top 6 to stay interested all year. I'll save my hate for Mets/Cowboys/Celtics/NYR.
Pretty sure most restaurants offer full menu at the bar, as lots of people do exactly what you're describing. It will be more crowded on a Friday night of course. Craftsteak is right there, I haven't been in years but it used to be terrific.
^ That's how I read it at this point. On #6 above, the van could have even been turning right onto 2222, same direction as Ced, and still wouldn't have been enough time for him to stop from a high speed.
Mt Bonnell / 2222 is a traffic light - either the bike or minivan must have run a red light, I guess? Even late at night I doubt that signal would be blinking yellow
Free Meek is well done, fascinating story. Actually the story may be too bizarre to really drive home any deep message about the criminal justice system as a whole. But they keep it suspenseful, and I usually hate re-enactments but in this show they are just little snippets that help tell the story.
Out here for a couple nights. That pedestrian bridge is nowhere near done imo, they still have to do the entire exterior of it. Walked through re-done Park MGM for first time, they really went all in on Eataly upscale food court. Like I don't recognize a lot of menu items with their Italian names. Park casino feels smaller, like they are emphasizing drinking and entertainment for the pre- and post-show and NHL crowds.
The GT-Clemson game is Thursday night. It's the launch of the ACC Network so they have to throw everything out there. ESPN announced weeks ago the Saturday show will be in Fort Worth. I would definitely bet on Austin for LSU regardless.
Judah and the Lions started as a Christian rock group in Nashville. From their wiki:
The band wrote that their music has the "grit of Run DMC or Beastie Boys" but played on folk instruments.[12] MacDonald said he was influenced by Kendrick Lamar and the Beatles.[7]
