Agreed. We're in year 5 and some things need to change. Maybe that's just a change to how practices are run, maybe it's giving up playcalling, or maybe it's even more drastic changes to the staff, but we need to see him do work to keep the ship afloat. If he does nothing - despite there being glaring issues with the program in contrast to the standard he has set - then that is an extremely negative data point. Maybe then we can talk about whether it's time to move on. But it would be ridiculous to not give the man a chance to course correct after all the good work he's done. People try new things, sometimes they don't work out. People are loyal to their friends, and that's a good thing, to a point. You have to give some grace and remember that we're all human beings. We can have high standards and still be reasonable. Unfortunately, Sark has got an ego and he's extremely stubborn. I could easily see him sticking with his process and staff because of some "I'm the head coach and we're doing it my way" bullshit. At that point you start thinking exit strategy, but it needs to actually get to that point first.
As to all the shit flinging around about his personal life, that just reeks of frustrated fans being overly credulous about rumors because they're angry. I'm sympathetic, but it has jumped the shark.
