  1. That was a best down. Wemby looked focused and primed to start taking over the league. I actually saw good defense, rotations seemed a bit slow at times. An identity on offense emerged and can only think we can do more when fox gets back on that side of the ball. First time in a decade I wasn't thinking about manu tim or tony at all. Castle is going to be elite very soon. Dude reminds me of D. Rose a bit the way he carries himself on the court. Dude is so damn quick with his hands. Mavs just had nothing besides AD, Flagg was meh didn't see anything impressive.
  2. You are correct. Sark is ascending in his career and has things better mapped for success in the program. Gilbert had to do it all by himself throwing 50 times a game. That's all Mack and GDGD had. Nevertheless, Wisner/wrs and other players along the oline need to continue to step up. That's the difference between this year and that year. At least offensively. our o-line ceiling is higher and we have more weapons. Hopefully Simon can emerge a bit more, it seems he will. Wingo, Moore and others can make those plays we will need. I wouldn't mind a similar formula every week of Wisner being awesome and Arch sprinkling timely throws and plays with his legs. I just can't expect it to be week in and week kind of out thing. But if Wisner gets stuck in neutral and it's up to Arch then I can see that comparison. Granted I can see arch willing us to victory down the line in the season. The further away we get from a one man Gilbert 2010 the better off we are. We get further away be getting better and having more players step up. I expect that to happen.
  3. Sounds like Mike Leach's idea of wanting to put midgets on his team and throw them into the end zone
  4. Sorry to resurrect this one, sorry to post this again from another thread too. but giving credit to this guy Craig Way is the least I can do. I've heard him over the radio my entire life and lots of Saturday memories in the fall while traveling form lakes, rivers, and fields across Texas when I wasn't at a game or at home watching. Hook'em Craig! not sure how many rounds in the chamber he has left at 65. just showing some appreciation. while listening to this call I can still fell like a kid again.
  5. This is all I saw from that OU team especially in the 2nd half. Afraid of contact and flailing a bunch. Looked like on that return they were trying to get a flag thrown and not in a good position or even mindset to make a tackle
  6. Without watching. We pushed around the ou d line a bit more than others and ran the fucking ball better.
  7. I'll coach A game. Yes one game for less than 10,000 dollars. I bet I could beat Northwestern. If not oh well
  8. I just see Artie from Pete and pete
  9. its time to start plowing all the holes.
  10. I'm right there with you .... Almost. and at one point I realized fuck OU. They suck.
  11. All season listening to scip. The whit to ahh for fuck sake is happening to this team is the only consistency each week Well we did score over 20...
  12. Our RB averages. 1.36 yards a carry. For 15 yards. 15 yards.... 15 yards.... And some of you are saying Arch and needs to be benched. Just amazing I applaud you. Just so damn stunning and perfect 15 yards....
  13. Did you watch today, were we lost both lines of scrimmage
