It’s great since this can apply to either right now. Serving for the match and craters.

Shame because this is a great match up and usually Keys is the one who gets wild.

Aryna missed the memo. She is wild out there and Keys is just playing solid.

Was this done on public access TV? Looks top notch.

Is a backflow device required with a water pump?
Most of the time a backflow preventer is code required due to what is called cross connection hazard. For example if you have a well connected in addition to your service. Sometimes it is because you have water anticipated to become low in disinfectant residual, such as with sprinklers. For a booster pump it seems completely unnecessary, most pumps will have a check valve to prevent reverse flow. Even if it did, so what? Without a hazard to protect against I would think she can talk to the service provider and get rid of the BFP. Edit : you’re talking about the check valve at the pump. That one is more needed than the other as it prevents issues with the impeller if it’s not designed to rotate in the reverse direction. More important when there are solids in the liquid but could still be an issue depending on pump model. That kind of check valve is cheap.

Yeah this is true and Alcaraz is super fresh having no trouble so far. I like Ben Shelton's game and attitude, but can’t root against Foe. I don’t like Fritz at all, so I don’t care if he beats Djoker, because he doesn’t have a chance. I see a classic final coming in the men’s draw. Women’s? Penko vs Zheng would make me chuckle.

Yeah that’s a terrible matchup. Especially if tiger lady isn’t missing.

I think Peyton has a shot. It’s a good year for an outsider to make a run. And picking Coco as a favorite is a little bit of a stretch right now but sure, she has a shot.

Like clockwork Penko challenged a computer line call. It was out by 6 inches. Never change.

And Woz lost… I hope we get to see her again soon. I am actually somewhat curious about the Big Foe Shelton match. Can Shelton hit 150? Is he really black? I had no idea.

Lol fat Penko. She cracks me up with her faces. So much talent, such a fucking child. And apparently she’s not a fan of cardio.- 2021 - Is inflation finally back in the conversation?
I’ll make the point that outside of the first interview and job out of school it’s irrelevant. I hire a lot of engineers. Seriously, unless it’s u of Phoenix or WGU or some shit like that it’s not going to matter. It does matter if you want to go to grad school, or if you’re in a field that your undergrad is super well known for, otherwise it just doesn’t. And yeah I’m saying this while sending a kid to an expensive private school, so I know I’m a Dumas.- 2023 US Open tennis
Damn Caro would get it. I like her trend setting and encourage more bodysuits.- 2021 - Is inflation finally back in the conversation?

Gauff seems like she let the German rattle her. Gamesmanship happens. Get over it.- The college application/choice process
Well I’m currently trying to get my son to go to UCSD (it’s number two or three on his list) and I told him I’ll pay for med school if he does that. If he goes private he can pay himself after undergrad. Same deal I offered my daughter.- The college application/choice process
Yes undergrad private is about 90k per year. And it sucks sweaty hairy balls. I’m about to have two of them.- SurlyHorns Appreciation Thread - Thanks for Not Being Too Annoying
This thread got political in a hurry.- The Texpatriates Thread
I’m sitting here chuckling. Got done with work around 330 my time, going to go on a bike ride on the bike trail that runs along the coast over 20 miles along Monterey bay. It’s about 67 degrees, sunny, nice breeze. Yeah I feel like I hit the gotdam lottery.- Surly #Stonks
