  1. So, it exploded directly over the Titanic? From a post earlier:
  2. The vast majority of men in Hollywood are under 6'0". Most of them are shorter than you think. Maybe they learned to be outgoing growing up because of their height. Never really thought of that.
  3. So he's better than Ivey and he'd still go #3 at best last year and that's only because Houston is badly managed. They'd have him there watching Green chuck up 3's. Kings wouldn't have drafted him with Fox on the roster so he'd likely go to the Piston like Ivey. If the mocks are to be believed, he won't get drafted before Miller tonight. (A mistake.) Regardless, he wouldn't have remotely gone #1 last year. You're free to believe that, though.
  4. Except their numbers were similar last year and Scoot was in the G League while Ivey was playing in the actual NBA. Ivey actually had better shooting % numbers. I know nothing about the G League but not one GM in the league last year would have taken a 6'2" PG that shot 27% from 3 in the G League at the #1 spot last year. Scoot seems like a great prospect but let's not get carried away.
  5. It's like an Aggy recruiting class.
  6. Yes and he goes #3 last year at best and that's only because the Rockets will do almost anything. OKC had layered in on Chet for a long time so unless Orlando would take Scoot at #1 last over the other three, there is no way he goes that high. He'd go #1 next year because it's a weak draft.
  7. OKC would most definitely not have taken him at #2. Rockets at #3 maybe. Combine the years and you prolly get: Wemby Banchero/Chet Chet/Banchero JSJ then Miller or Scoot I like Scoot and think he'll be a really good player but Ivey was a similar player in last year's draft and he went #5.
  8. Wow. Anyway, I said this earlier in the thread and while you may be right, a lotta men want a hot girl, good job, big tits, likes sports, no drama, no baggage, etc., and meanwhile, they're just some guy. Guys aren't looking for an overweight daycare worker single mom with a heart of gold. Newsflash, people have unrealistic expectations in the dating market.
  9. That trade went worse faster than I thought. Always thought it would end in OKC's favor but thought it wouldn't be until 2026 or something. I don't think they'll trade him but if they can get the #2 or something and some players, you have to consider it. They should trade him for Zion and pair him with The Nephew. The one game of the season they play together will be great. They should put Jimmy Butler on that team and make a reality show.
  10. There is negative million percent chance OKC takes either of them over Chet last year. I could them being in the mix at 3 but I still think JS goes at #3 and then Scoot and then Miller. No one would take a bad shooting 6'2" guard over 3 guys who are all over 6'10" and can score.
  11. Agreed. From what I've read, he has a great attitude, loves basketball, and has an NBA body now despite being 6'2". I'd take him over Miller despite the obvious metrics. Scoot's shot might not be great but he's 19 or 20 just like the rest of them so can it get better in a few years? Prolly.
  12. They'll be fine for now. They just got their beaks wet. The lifestyle they have now takes either significant wealth or income. If Johnny Depp can blow through $300M, they sure as hell can go broke.
  13. They owe $9M on the house in Montecito and spend $2M per year just on security. Onlyfans, here they come.....
  14. I'll be honest. Kevin Durant kinda sucks as a GM.
  15. I didn't realize Beal had played such few games the past three seasons: 2021 -- 60 2022 -- 40 2023 -- 50
  16. Well, stepmom then. He could move in with William, I guess.
  17. Dumped by Spotify after people realizing they're not that interesting when you get past the story of them being royals. Great quote by Bill Simmons below. I thought they would make legit money over here though endorsement deals, some acting, and maybe producing behind the camera. Problem with that is you need some in front of the camera time to pull that off. (Reese Witherspoon.) Markle could make $10-$15M per movie and another $15-$20M in endorsement for cosmetics lines and shit like that. Also, they seem to be bleeding money. The house in Monecito is ridiculous and while celebs in American can make big money, it takes some work and some effort. Them going broke, getting divorced and him moving back in with mom and dad would be delicious. Pussy = undefeated. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were branded “lazy” and “f–king grifters” by Spotify employees Friday after the podcasting network canned their $20 million deal. Bill Simmons, the sportscaster who is also head of Spotify’s international sports content, said on his own podcast, “’The f–king grifters.’ That’s the podcast we shoulda launched with them.” https://pagesix.com/2023/06/16/spotify-meghan-and-harry-are-lazy-f-king-grifters/
  18. The players union is misguided here. They need to realize they (meaning the NBA in general) have a brand image to protect and the NBA has come light years in terms of image compared to the 70's. If one of the more popular players is some wanna be gangster then that starts to effect the brand image.
