  1. I've got a stable history of quarantining what would otherwise be poor musical taste to only a boat play list. but I hear you.
  2. boat culture though is a bit different taste. I mean I have a pretty refined palate for music and I'll listen the hell out of Kenny Chesney on the boat and I can't stand his music elsewhere.
  3. my 17 year old is a 70's music fan first above all else. I get plenty of Neil Diamond. Play Me gets a ton of air time, I think it's one of his all time favs. But more than that, I'm so fucking tired of the Eagles, ugh. But hey, he's down with Hall & Oates, Eric Clapton, JB and others so it's not all bad. and to keep this thread on track we do have a yacht rock playlist for the boat. Mine is way more chill and arguably some isn't yacht rock at all, but we enjoy it.
  4. fair enough but cajun seems more like a UB40 version imo.
  5. Crypto, no tax on tips, trans in sports, “imma bring back mfg jobs to Merica”, a few others all were pandering for votes. Dems used to do this better than republicans, they probably still do but Dems are worse at it than they’ve been before and Trump is fantastic at it.
  6. You got your JB and UB40 mixed together there bud.
  7. I think most are unhappy with this move, very few are saying fuck yeah let’s do this.
  8. Good content I’d watch more. Btw who gives a fuck about getting laid if you don’t orgasm. That was lame. She was funny but desperate to get laid but can only orgasm alone? Sex sucks if you don’t get off, I’ll have none of it.
  9. I think that was a while ago, still cool but it’s not from this recent “era” of unrest.
  10. About two years ago I made this mistake late night in llano. I wanted to barf. Made the same mistake with long John silver’s like 12 years ago back when there was still one on Ben white. Felt ill for a whole day it was so bad.
  11. yacht rock a distant second to JB... tin cup chalice all the fucking way you boating bastards
  12. man canyon lake missed 7 inches by what 15 miles? mother fucker.
  13. Yeah Buchanan watershed is ready to go.
  14. insert alonzo mourning gif
  15. we are all over the lunges, regular lunges, reverse lunges, side lunges, diagonal lunges, knee drives after lunges, step ups after lunges, step ups and knee drives after lunges. squats? fuck squats, squat walks, sumo squats, wall squats, regular squats, squats I don't know what to call them, leg press with proper form to get those glutes. we're all over it, frankly being a tall drink of water the ability to lunge for the ball is a super power *if* I can stay low. so a lunge move is super critical for my game. hit that fucking lunge back hand dig for a winner not just to get it back over the net - like a jagged dagger in their heart. fuck you, I win. roar! so the strength is coming and I think it may even be the added strength and my myofascial tissues or whatever are having to adjust and they are like fuck you pay me right now.
  16. y'all are funny as shit.
  17. I ain’t skeerd.
  18. yeah troph isn't there so it doesn't matter what you catch. I didn't mean you could have my dog in exchange for someone else on the drone footage...
  19. my personal trainer thinks part of it is mismatched strength - weak core, strong quads, and weak hamstrings and glutes and over use of my lower back to compensate for the weak parts. so working at bringing up the glutes and hamstrings up to par.
  20. easy there cowboy. that sounds like absolute pain. don't lie, it doesn't suit you.
  21. I will check them out. I get a sports/deep tissue massage twice a month and about 1/4 of the massage is hip stretching, but I probably need to add stretching as a standalone. I stretch on my own about 8-10 times a week, but some days none, others 3-4 times. I'm starting to get ahead of it but it's slow going. Ground zero for me is hamstrings, glutes, hips, groin, lower back, all tied together tight tight tight.
  22. unfortunately the lakes to be on for "that life" are really LBJ and Austin, Austin isn't a lake it's stupid (but nice, close to town, and expensive), but LBJ, pretty much what those of us who live on flood prevention reservoirs really want.
  23. I was going to say the same thing. and several creeks and rivers rely on the aquifer for flow so it's a very good thing. last I saw up 8 feet but that was over a week ago after the last round of rains, these are adding significant amounts too.
  24. fuck @justhookit I give in, you can have our dog, can I has marlin catch on drone footage for me please?
