  10. Discussion about an Al Nippon 787 that had both engines do an uncommanded shutdown on landing rollout in 2019. Apparently the cause was not determined. However, there is apparently software on 787 that will shut down the engines if the actual thrust is much higher than the commanded thrust.   14. Looks like you can't even bump it and go from 5 to up. Can you bump it and go from 1 to up? But why would you be in flaps 1?
  15. I believe the gear lever is pretty far above the flap lever on the the 787. That would be a really egregious error - way worse than the one a couple of years ago on the ATR.
