If you have a family in the US who can show they can support, well you go to the front of the line. If you can prove your life is in danger due tot eh violence, you are #2. Five year probation, you have to stay in contact and be part of society, which most are for sure. If you fuck up, well you go home. Your kids born in the US can appeal for you to come up when they turn 18. While young, their care is a major issue.
Our policy should focus on Latin America, and yes, that includes Haiti. The EU can handle Africa and the Middle East.
