My neighbor micro doses daily and it’s improved her happiness significantly. Her co worker grows his own mushrooms, dehydrates them in the RonCo Food Dehydrator. Gives them a spin in the Vitamix until they’re powder and fills empty capsules he buys on Amazon. She takes a capsule a day.
  2. The solution for this is to only have posters showing black children. No racing mixing allowed.
  3. I’m finding less and less worth binging on D+. Haven’t watched a Marvel series since Wanda. If I have, it was so forgettable, I can’t remember it. I’m barely in for Star Wars content. I’m keeping it for Andor.
  4. Basically, the normal range is 50-70%. Your heart won't fail instantly when your fall below 50%, but if you get down to 40%, your life expectancy is around 3-7 years. You can improve it via better diet and exercise. I haven't had a real discussion about options with my cardiologist yet since that'll happen at my next appointment. As of now, I am back on my routine from when I initially got stents...an insanely strict diet and exercise twice per day.
  5. He's been falling for 4 fucking years. This is the worse hill ever.
  6. what about our freedom?!?!
  7. Don't be surprised if you have chest pain due to anxiety. For an entire year after getting stents, I had chest pain while trying to fall asleep at night. It was 100% caused by anxiety. Also, make sure sure you get an ultrasound annually to get an idea your heart health. I got stents 7 years ago and have generally been good with diet and exercise and until a recent ultrasound I was fine. While I don't have any additional blockage, my heart ejection refraction is at 51% which is barely above the 50% threshold before failing into heart failure category. So that's nice. While stents are a 2nd lease on life, make sure your affairs are in order.
  8. I'm for sure mandating my staff wear appropriate dress for mandatory christian taliban training.
  9. My oldest turns 18 a week before the 2024 election. She is so fucking excited and ready to vote straight ticket Democrat. At her age, I'm not sure I was even aware of the political platforms of each party. The one good thing to come out of the GQP is that they're turning a generation of teens into politically aware and active liberals.
  10. You are, America is not. Maybe. Well, except for Texas and Florida. We are fucked.
  11. I'm actually pleasantly surprised that that hardships withdrawals are that low. If I had to guess, I would've said around 3-5%.
  12. This is the way. You could also add some beef tallow to the vacuum pack before you sous vide.
  13. If you're retired, are the short days a problem? Google Fu says the shortest daylight day is 9.6 hours. That's a plenty long day of outdoor activities when you aren't constrained by a schedule. For comparison, the shortest day in Austin is 11.1 hours. Not a drastic difference.
  14. I'm not sure if that's a typo or not because it also applies.
  15. Did we miss this? Comedian Carrot Top claimed he was aboard the plane when the viral incident happened. 'The f–king nutjob just lost her mind in front of the whole plane,' he said. Carrot Top had previously shared the incident on social media, writing: 'I hope she's happy!!! We're all stuck in Dallas now because of her.' He said the woman was upset because she 'lost her earbud,' but did not elaborate. 'I hope you're having a relaxing evening behind bars in Dallas Texas and hope you enjoyed your little stunt,' the comedian said on Instagram. 'Five hours later we're here in Orlando,' Carrot Top added. 'I missed the fireworks and everything tonight.'
  16. 26% of Texans pay more than $1,000/month for a car payment. FAFO.
  17. What cheesedick organization has a conference in Indianapolis? Are you a shoe salesman?
  18. I'll go ahead and admit that I zoomed in to verify if that was a bikini or a huge hair pie. I was relieved and disappointed at the same time.
  19. Any surly law dog up for a class action lawsuit against Paris, Texas?
  20. Imagine the VIP table at the JMMB…Looch, Six Figs, Looch’s sister, Jimbo Jr., and Sloneal. Who wouldn’t want to bask in the aura of greatness?
  21. The Sequoia is no longer a soccer mom SUV. The 3rd row is now small with shitty leg room due to the hybrid battery under the footwell. They fucked up access to the third row by changing the 2nd row chairs to be tumble seats instead of slides. As a result, you can’t easily access the 3rd row with car seats installed. It’s being positioned as a large off roader first. The new Grand Highlander is the new soccer mom large SUV.
