Getting scammed 27 hours a day, 4 days a week.

Expecting tOSU grads to think critically or even read numbers is always a roll of the dice.

I’ll bet he’s spent it better than any other fired coach out there.

And I'll bet he has already spent damn near all of it. I got nothing but admiration and respect for Coach O. He's a fucking meathead, but he knows/owns it, and he has more fun than 99% of the $million+ earners in this country. No TPS reports for ole Ed. he's got pussy and nutria to eat.

LSU’s problem was not offense. They’ll probably improve from what they did this year, but they need to improve the defense.
When has Lane ever been the HC of a team with a good defense?
Last year’s OM team was possibly his best and they were stacked with talent on that side. If they don’t win early during this honeymoon phase, I could see them falling off pretty quickly.

He's a fall guy. Kiffin is the main villain.

I guess you can argue that Mavs ownership had to approve the Doncic trade, so it was a collective fuck-up. Harrison probably didn't have carte blanche.

Mavs ownership is just trying to re-enact the plot of Major League

Who do you think is more hated? Lane Kiffin in Oxford or Nico Harrison in Dallas?

Well if you ask Ole Miss it’s Kiffin. But Harrison let my dude go to the fucking Lakers man. For this, he needs to float in a lake. Kiffin is entertaining. A shithead but an entertaining one. Plus, he’s causing a massive upheaval in the SEC. This is fine with me. And seems to be normal in this conference. My friend has her 18 year old daughter at LSU. I hope they had the “After School Special” talk with her about him. The daughter already posts on Instagram like Only Fans is a natural progression. I don’t want to read about her on X next spring. Kiffin is probably the enemy of most parents who care about their hot daughters.

Yeah, I've heard the rumors and read articles about the impending Vegas move. Just another reason not to watch the NBA.

LSU's offense was a problem this season.  It was last in the conference in total yards, yards per game and scoring.  Cue the Brian Kelly post-game rant in an early game.

LSU's defense this year was good, actually.  They were 6th in the SEC in yards allowed and 4th in scoring.

Your friend should've encouraged her daughter to study harder.

She is the type that we will probably see in a “messy” way involving Kiffin. Not gonna lie. So when he starts running a train on the co-eds and this thread goes next level, I will just ignore any inevitable posts with her picture in it.

I don’t ever want to hear talk again about how LSU is poor and can’t afford to “fill in the blank.”

Anyone who has ever posted something like that on this site is full of shit and has no idea what they’re talking about.

No no.  This is a circle of trust here.

Fair enough, I’m looking at the trend of the Kelly tenure though. The offense got worse once they lost Denbrock for sure.

Yeah, this isn't believable without a link for verification.  For science.

I cannot do that  🤦🏼‍♀️ but she was already joking with her parents about Kiffin. And I wish that were a joke. She would see him as a trophy. Like she bagged him. Even if he saw it the other way around. For him it’s what he does. All day long apparently. She would see it as a strategic career “move.”  These young influencer types are bigger mercenaries than he is. Her parents are super online religious…they have a big footprint in God’s space…this will be embarrassingly entertaining. The daughter of another friend was kicked out of a “prestigious” Alabama sorority for her racy Instagram posts and since there was “no point” according to her to stay at Bama sans sorority she’s back at a state school. Her Instagram posts are turned back up to 11 now.

my parents would have kicked my ass if I had behaved like these girls.

Sucks for the coach? Dude just got a significant raise and he didn't have to talk with multiple schools at the same time.

Emotionally and stress-wise.  I could see in they guy's face and hear in his words that it really was a gut-wrenching decision.  He loved it at Ole Miss.  He had meaningful relationships with his players, coaches, administrators, people in the community.  He really wanted to coach his team in the playoffs to enjoy the fruits of his labor.  He was forced by the system in place to make a fast, life changing decision and forgo all of that.  Sure the guy gets paid a ton, but money doesn't always cover everything.
