According to local news this was one of the largest trash bag manufacturing plants in the US. There is a high voltage power line that runs through the property and the metal towers are are weakening and expected to fall. Power has already been cut to them.

Big manufacturer of polyethylene.

Polyethylene, due to its high UV resistance, is used to wrap and protect telephone lines, garbage bags and is also used in slate system roofs as a drainage plane component to reduce weight.  We also use it as a bleeder sheet for standard weight slate roof hip and ridge trim.

My roofing supplier for polyethylene rolls had very little in stock two weeks ago  He had to call his manufacturing source in..........Grand Prairie.........to get more.

Uh oh.

Hmm.  Good thing I just got a new box if trash bags. But I better go ahead and get another dozen boxes just in case.

I said the same thing. First it was toilet paper, then masks, now it's going to be trash bags.
