Ken Paxton is dirty? NO FUCKING WAY!

What a fucking asshole.

You won a case in an intermediate COA (the one that is almost certainly regarded as the worst COA in the state, by the way) in a case that is definitely going to SCOTX, and you spike the ball.  Here's an idea--show a little grace and signal that you give a fuck whether people live or die.  Like maybe say "while the county judge overstepped his legal authority, we continue to urge Texans to protect themselves and others by wearing masks and limiting their exposure to others."

And fucking "holiday gatherings"?  What the fuck business is it of yours whether I join a fucking holiday gathering?

The sad thing is that at worst, Ken Paxton ends up like Tom Delay, and doesn't truly pay for his crimes.

He may not be criminally charged/convicted, but he seems to be on a fast track to getting disbarred.

DALLAS (AP) — The FBI is investigating allegations that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton broke the law in using his office to benefit a wealthy donor, according to two people with knowledge of the probe.

Federal agents are looking into claims by former members of Paxton’s staff that the high-profile Republican committed bribery, abuse of office and other crimes to help Austin real estate developer Nate Paul, the people told The Associated Press. They insisted on anonymity to discuss the investigation because it is ongoing.

Well that seems like something.

You can pin this tweet, but I have absolutely no doubt Paxton is going to prison.

This investigation needs to stretch past January 20, 2021 for obvious reasons.

FBI Agent:  "Mr. Paxton, when you end up in federal prison with people you put there...you'd better grow eyes in the back of your head."

General Paxton:  "Already on it!"

I don't think I've ever heard someone refer to allegations of criminal wrongdoing being overblown.  I guess that's what you should expect from someone who is already under indictment.  Sure, I committed crimes, but they were only small crimes.  Nothing like the big crimes I'm being accused of.

My wife's allegations are overblown.  I did not have a "lengthy, ongoing affair" with her sister.

I had only two marathon fuck sessions with her at the Hampton Inn off I-35, and I was really drunk during one of them.  And as for the videos we took of those fuck sessions, we set them so that they could only be accessed on Pornhub with a premium membership.  So, as you can see, my lying wife is the real wrongdoer here.

Did he really just lean on some good news of the Child Support Division when two of his staff attorneys in that division were just murdered?

Bold strategy Paxcotton

If that was a lot less coherent it would sound like a Rudy Giuliani argument

Interdasting.  While I suppose Hance Scarborough is capable of being as slimy as any law firm with a heavy lobbying practice, you wouldn't think they'd do something with potential to throw it all away for Nate fucking Paul.

I might guess that that is an unhappy coincidence for them.  But maybe not.

There's no known FBI shit.  The FBI is notorlously close-lipped about ongoing investigations.

There seems to be plenty of evidence that Paul corruptly sought Paxton's assistance with his debt woes (which may involve some bank/loan fraud).  There's evidence that Paxton sought to provide that assistance by "investigating the investigators," despite the fact that his ability to do so is very limited.  Paul and associates may have contributed to Paxton's campaign to grease the skids.

This fucking dildo :

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, stating that the states exploited the COVID-19 Pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws

He made it a case between states so scotus has original jurisdiction. If they don’t dismiss it within days it’s time to burn shit down.

Our SCOTUS has some flaws, but I don't think they're gonna let something like this linger into the weekend.  We are not going to have the EC voters travel to their state capitols with this bullshit lingering in their heads.  This is settled one way or the other by end of business Thursday.  The EC voters have been ordered in almost every state, red or blue, to ignore this shit and report as expected.
