Knock yourself out. I’m sure plenty of folks put money into acv studies. Or, you know, you could exercise your own self vaunted skills.

Of course, an honest person would acknowledge that vinegar and ivermectin are in different categories, in so far as harm is considered, and in no way equate the two. Nevertheless, you have said enough, and truth is there for the discerning. Go suck fascist ass.

Decades ago, I used to suffer from gout. High uric acid. For years I tool Allopurinol, daily, to no effect. When I took the advice of a vediic medicine practitioner, and ingested one fluid ounce of equal parts apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey, first thing every morning for one month, my blood test showed my uric acid levels were low normal. Only one data point, for sure. But, remarkable. And the results proving this are part of my medical history.

So, I have no problem believing acv aids weight loss, when limiting caloric intake and increasing exercise. The studies I cited say the same thing

I haven’t read the whole thread, and this might have already been posted. But, for those trying to lose weight, this study shows consuming apple cider vinegar (and I will suggest acv with bacteria) daily significantly increases weight loss.

Start out with 1/2tsp in water. It is suggested to imbibe the vinegar/water before meals. Increase, as palatable, to two TBS, spread out thrice daily.

That’s just a mild diuretic that takes water weight out of the body. That’s crap science. Imo. With all due respect.

Okay. That makes sense. I’ll bring your comment to my pcp and get her reaction.
