LTE-A is theoretically capable of it but i don't know if anyone has actually implemented it.

Also, the video where the scientist shows how fast 5G is with robots balancing a ball is scary good. Robots on 4G still look very mechanical and slow as if being controlled by a human. Robots on 5G start to resemble the speed of sci-fi robots, it’s not totally there with latency, but you can see it’s a major step forward
